Tell me you know absolutely nothing about the process without saying you know nothing about the process. The saying in law school is, "You can indict a ham sandwich."

The indictment process is laughable. Know what comes into evidence? Everything the prosecution wants. Hearsay, double hearsay, rank unfounded opinion, improper character evidence, irrelevant evidence, pretty much anything the prosecutor can drum up, the VAST majority of which is not even admissible evidence.
