This is Monday Night F#@king Football!

With play calling like that.....that's why were 38-38 over 3 years. I could go out there and call a trick play and hope it works every 3 years too. Good gutsy call....bullshit....absolute ignorant call. And yet its the ignoramus fan like you that bleeds hope in average team for the past 3 years. That is absolutely piss poor coaching and play calling that happened to work in our favor.

Good God! The Steelers have played 76 games over the past 3 seasons? That's twice as many as most other teams. No wonder the players play tired and with no enthusiasm! I think something needs to be done to reduce the amount of games... obviously.

Just what are yinz insinuating?

LOL, I meant the correct typing of "5 WIDE *******!!" Now, according to the trademark, one must have all caps and two exclamation points. In Ron's post, he omitted an exclamation point and neglected to use all caps. However, he did get the structure and comma right, so he gets half-credit.

Any deviation from the proper format will result in being called out publically by me.

Thank you for the correction. I will try to do better in the future. ;)

This weeks chalk talk covers the Ben to Bell pass for a touchdown. A nice breakdown of the read and the gift blown coverage that helped it out. Now that takes nothing away from the play and in fact adds to it. The motion creates confusion in the defense as to who is covering Bell. Ben reads confusion and now knows this is a quick pass for the score. He also correctly reads that the pass needs to be thrown to the proper spot so no one other than Bell can catch it. Good work by Ben. Bell keeps up his end of the bargain by realizing he will catch the ball on the outside and shield the defender with his body. If he turns in the other direction it is likely an incomplete.

Good job by everyone there, so those that did not want the trick plays, well you got one of those as well. Real nice view of it on steelers .com on Chalk talk
