We cant leave it to the football gods every year. Your right mr. Ron
If they finish 8-8, or even 9-7, after sitting at 7-4, I cannot see how the Rooney's can justify not making a move at either head coach or GM, given the trajectory the franchise seems to be on, nearing four calendar years without a playoff victory.
Staying idle, just because it's "the Steelers way" in such a scenario just defies logic. People tend to forget that prior to the 1970s, the Steelers were a joke, perfectly illustrating how things change.
What exactly has the combination of Mike Tomlin and Kevin Colbert done, especially once Bill Cowher's fingerprints on the organization withered away, to lead people to believe that they are even remotely capable of turning this thing around?
I sure as hell haven't seen it.
Can't win with no defense......even if we got in the playoffs...who could we beat????
I don't even think these guys can beat off.
I always like to look at areas of the team/players who were upgraded. The list is Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell. That's it. Everywhere else has regressed.
Bell is not better than Bettis
I try to stay positive ... but, I'm done with that. This team is terrible. Offense has all the weapons to succeed and continuously shoots itself in the foot against bad teams. Defense .... what defense? Coaching in each of the losses has been waaaay substandard. No, this is not a playoff team.
"How many ways do I need to tell you in terms of my interpretation of how the game has unfolded?
