This would be a no brainer - (Munchak thread-so you can quit posting this story)

would love to see this happen but not holding my breathe.

the reincarnation of Ballz Creep will be on here in a day or two to let us know why Tomlin blocked it from happening
 
Munchak would instantly be better OL coach and more likely than not, a better OC than either that we've got here currently.

In the article he does do a little coach speak about the greatest coach to work for as a player or an assistant. The players love to work for Tomlin but are also a very
un-disciplined / un-coached up team so hell yes, I don't have to work that hard.

As for assistant coaches, it's hard to say because it seems they don't get the input they deserve. Do they come up with great game plans or does the HC tamper down those game plans and stratagy throughout the week?

He is a good coach but "stale" seems to be the best to describe what has grown within this team.

That would easily make this the best staff in over a decade here, assuming that Canada isn’t as bad as most here believe….
 
From the Cook & Joe radio show on 93.7. I guess this pretty much douses all the previous speculation that Munch wanted out of PIT because of Tomlin. He took the job in DEN because of family. Seems pretty open to return to PIT now.

Sorry we agree on a lot but on this you are really doing some gymnastics trying to spin what he said to fit the hate Tomlin agenda.

I stand on my player dicipline lackadazical but will expand on my Munchak comment.

A LITTLE COACH SPEAK means just that.

Munch stated tomlin was the best coach in the NFL to work for(coach speak). Unless Mike has worked for every coach in the nfl he can't exaggerate (little coach speak) that statement as gospel. Coaches use coach speak all the time in building up players etc, we call it out continuously. It is no different when diplomatically describing fellow workers including coaches.

I do not hate Coach Tomlin. I do not like parts of his coaching style and point those out when I feel the need. Tomlin is a good coach but not a great coach. He is a product of having/inheriting an extremely talented team but most notably a HOF quarterback.

No hate here, not in my vocabulary.

Can Coach Tomlin up his coaching game, hell yes and I hope for that continuously each and every season, just like players / coachs' / ownership / fans .
