Why does everyone want to undervalue our guys? This is his 4th year… he is 26 so he still has several years in his prime left… he averages 56 yards and 5.3 catches per game played… based on production, age and contract you could get a first for him easily… hell with tge barren wr ufa group this season we might have gotten a first for claypool at the draft ( we kind of did anyhow) … he is the (edit-) 17th highest paid wr and that will drop before next year, a good number two guy costs ten million right now… wrs are grossly overvalued right now

He has made many great catches with Pickett. I just can’t see that as a reason. I really think this was a coaching thing? It’s like he was in the doghouse for some off field thing. But your guess is as good as mine.

I’ve been saying that a lot the last few seasons.
Pickett had one catch for 2 yards. They ran the ball great and Muth had a big day. Do the math on dumping DJ.
I mean the plan would have to be to trade him and then draft a guy… next season they have CA3 coming back.. assuming they bring Sims back and Anthony Miller is actually healthy they could afford to do it and save cap space… but they would have to draft a guy with one of tgeir top 3 picks to make it worth the gamble

Look two years ago he had drops from trying to do too much… losing focus looking upfield and stuff, but the effort was always there… now its shortarming and not coming back for passes… just a lot of lazy stuff on top of tge focus issues… he got fed and now he is half assing it

Heaven forbids, but that is not a joking matter.
Just as many here, we take our JOBs very serious and double triple check.
I know you're just joking but I can't in this case. I have seen houses burn down (NOT because of my work but because of bad workmanship in the trades).
I am very careful on how fast we move workers up in responsibility and I am a very small company, so quality is everything.

I have seen this situation from a very close perspective but this is not the place or moment, just let you guys know a lot of people are still suffering because of cheap *** hiring an amateur to do a pro's job.
