Surprised that “Don’t live in our fears” isn’t on there.

Also he will refer to his team as “this group”.
 
I posted that on my FB yesterday. It popped up in my memories from 8 years ago.

I’m in this boat as well.

Coaching acumen counts when you are the HC of many’s favorite team.

Yep ....this. I gave Tomlin all his due when he took over as our HC. Did for years. Now that all of his Inherited players and coaches have gone....so is my support for him. My son and I at work today were both saying that they only thing we want to happen with the Steelers is simply get rid of Tomlin.

I don't know even one Steeler fan that wants Tomlin as our HC anymore outside of this board. Crazy. It use to be always a 50/50 type of thing. Fans of other teams think he is top 5 or higher HC.

I have seen some outside the board as I frequent twitter for Steelers news. But I would say as a collective whole it is easy 75 percent of the fanbase that want a new coach and I am probably being generous.

This team strongly needs a new fresh approach.

I remain watching but that want hasn’t diminished whatsoever…

More people coming around. The signs have all been there a long time:

Poor drafting and player development
Terrible game planning and in-game management
Stale schemes on both side of the ball.
Inability to hire coordinators with fresh ideas
Which results in no coaching tree
Inability to run and stop the run
Gutless, turtle philosophy and playing not to lose
Lack of innovation and introspection by the Head Coach enabled by entitlement to coach as long as he wants
