Tomlin post game..

The video also caught audio of coach Mike Tomlin getting pretty emotional including some rather candid expletives about the Patriots and the head start they have in preparing for this week’s game. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady chose to comment on it and he doesn’t think it would go over well with his coach.

Ok, first off. Stop with the weeping ****.

It's done. Tomlin said what he said, Brown did what he did.

Circle the ******* wagons and wear your disrespect like a ******* badge. This game isn't about perceived "bulletin board" material or any of that bullshit. Tomlin has told the team what needed to be said and Roeth and some of the others said, appropriately, keep your noses out of social media and prepare for a war. Cause that's what the game will be. This ought to be a full on Conan situation. Crush your enemies and listen to the lamentation of their women and children.

So ******* rally behind them and stop being a whining *****. AB needs to step up and be a champion this week. Haley needs to remember there's more than ONE ******* offensive weapon on the team. They CANNOT beat the cheaters by simply plowing Bell into the ******* middle 30+ times a game and hoping for the clock to run out before the cheaters outscore them.

Rally and support. We wanted the opportunity for YEARS to earn a trip to the SB through the cheaters. Well, here it is on the biggest stage in the playoffs in Cheater-town. There's no better ******* way to put that cheating franchise down once and for all than to beat them - at home.

So to hell with the whining about AB. He's the best ******* receiver in the game it's time he step up.

I agree it's a non issue, even what he called the Pats. As many here have pointed out it won't affect the game.

All I'm saying is talking like a 14 year old to try and relate to people who might think at times like kids is disingenuous at best. And some will pick up on it.

Maybe that's why some players(like Brown though they've been reprimanded and warned about various incidents), continue to do stupid crap.

Let me phrase it this way: How do kids turn out when the parent tries really hard to be a best friend instead of a parent?

If those are the type of "leaders" you've been around, you really should try being around adults.

I see that you're reading much more into it than what's actually there. First, just because he cursed doesn't mean he's acting like a 14 year old or trying to relate to his players on a lower level. It quite possibly could mean that he thinks the Cheats and Bellichick are ********. I know I do. And along those lines, I've been blessed to have been around leaders who tell it like it is regardless of the overly PC world we live in. I'd rather know what you really feel than to have you try to couch your words in some watered down version. Dancing around an issue is what kids do.

Now, as evidence of how Tomlin's approach is working .... Well, we are going to the AFCCG. So, I'll take it.
AB is stupid. Not all "kids" get it and not all ever will. Ever seen a family of high achievers with that one brother/sister who lacks common sense? That's AB at times. And nothing you, I, or Tomlin does is going to change that.

Btw, was it you who told me that we would lose the Miami game? I can't remember ....

Yeah I can see Walsh or Landry talking their team up about going to get "that ***" right before the championship game........

Now I could see them calling them sob's or other stuff, but not the teenager stuff Tomlin just spit out.

If you can't see that because of your blind loyalty to everything Tomlin, so be it.

We have a difference of opinion ... not the end of my world. I don't feel a need to try to make everyone come around to my way of thinking on an issue of opinion.

I don't read the prediction thread ... a little superstition I have (I know, kinda like a 14 yr old ... lol). So, it must have been someone else who was telling me we'd lose the Dolphins game. My bad.

Oh and by the way in your statement here you contradict yourself.

First the idea that he cursed or tried to relate to his players on a "lower level".....well Elfie is just reading too much into it.

In the next paragraph(because it benefits your position) going to the AFCCG is now "evidence" that his approach is working.............

Going to the AFCCG game could be the result of many things, not just his aporoach to the players.

I think it's ******* great. Yeah, AB's a dumbass, but that 3rd down catch where he smoked that linebacker at the end is a big reason we won.

I think I like Tomlin now. He calls the pats the same names I call them. He could have thrown in a "**** heads" and "sonsobitches" though.

I agree. One more thing Buckeye that I think we both can agree on.

No matter what comes of this with the media hype Tomlin CAN NOT apologize for it. He needs to just pretend like it never happened and just deflect any questions about it.

It would send the wrong message to the team. This will be forgotten by Friday.
