It all sounds like jealousy because the raiders ownership is stupid..haha
 
Would "complete control" be what MT wants? Is that a goal for him to move out of Pittsburgh?
 
Let’s do it and would Cool Shudders move from the Burgh? In a N.Y. minute he would if Dan Snyder offers a Gruden Type deal of 100 mill over 10 years. Hell ya he would. And he’s locked up
to the Steelers for 2020, 2021, plus an option year so he’s very tradable.
If we could manipulate Snyder into his first and second in 2020 and his first in 2021, he’ll yes.

HOW come there is NO talk of Mike Tomlin on the HOT SEAT???? Does he get a pass for his ineptitude with BEN's injury? What about accountability his peers are held to???

If there was true accountability, Danial Snyder wouldn't do **** because he knows coach tomlin would be looking for a job anytime now.

Tomlin has the my Franchise QB is out card he’s playing. Artie wouldn’t fire him with Ben having been gone since game two. The only way Cool Shudders leaves is if he asked Art to allow him to explore other opportunities.

Please baby jesus let this come to fruition.
I was annoyed by the lack of compensation for Brown and Bell, and others. But I would be perfectly happy giving them Mike Tomlin for free. I wouldn't even have an issue if we had to throw a pick in with him to get him the **** out of here.

I know this is just a story to pass time on ESPN. But........ mike does have ties to the tidewater area, and Snyder could offer him alot of $$$
At this point the Skins wouldnlove to be mediocre so it might be a good fit!

I t would not surprise me if Tomlin’s camp floated this story... he has to know Ben could be done, and even if not his core friend group in the coordinators positions aren’t getting free passes after the season... he might be looking to golden parachute out while the getting is good

Think about it... this would probably buy him five years with a rebuild and even moderate success... here it’s super bowl or bust for him... he won’t get another extension
 
Also look at the benefits for Tomlin....

A. Lower expectations
B. Can use the 4-3 tampa two stuff he loves
C. No tainted locker room drama to harm his stature among players
D. His message is not stale with the players
E. More control than he will ever have here
 
I still like Tomlin... still believe he is a very good coach. He is not going anywhere.

That said... IF...Snyder offered the right draft capital? A 2020 1st... plus??? Maybe?

If I am Tomlin? No way! Unless... I get the Gruden deal. 10 mil a year for 10 years guaranteed... I would have a tough time saying no. Even if Snyder did his normal routine... 100 mil? Tough to say no.

Now... IF... we are this far down this hypothetical trail... who to replace Tomlin with? Ben has two more years... so you probably do not want to reinvent the wheel? Munchak? It would likely be an easier transition than most. What about Mike McCarthy?
