JFC. You don’t listen or are just trying to be obtuse. No one has said one person does the whole thing. I am not arguing Tomlin isn’t heavily involved I am saying he doesn’t have the final ultimate say. I am showing direct evidence that priories and strategies changed dramatically when the GM was changed. I am not sure how you ca even argue that. Again if Tomlin was the sole arbiter of picks and strategy then why the sudden and dramatic change. And to think that the owner of the team doesn’t have the ultimate power to make decisions you have to be nuts. Whether he chooses to exercise that power often or not is debatable but he does have that power. Tomlin, Omar and the scouts work heavily together. Tomlin certainly has his opinions. Omar is the one making it all happen in the end.In a few weeks we'll be hearing about how involved Tomlin is at the Senior Bowl and combine, how he stands out from all other coaches the way he works with the kids.
And then I guess he'll let Omar Kahn build his roster.
