While trading Tomlin makes sense, fining Randy Fichtner is a no brainer. I expect neither will happen.
Tomlin called Randy " Fantastic. "

Barron is cut this off-seasonIn two years when Ben, Pouncey ETC.. all leave there won't be a lot of winning with Tomlin's players. They'll be left with Rudolph, no OL and no real RB. Defense will have Hayward, Haden, Williams, and Barron almost 33 years old and Alualu will be going on 35.
Whoever comes in will be doing a lot of rebuilding especially on the offensive side.
Not so sure. Barron had some good moments. Plus there is more important areas that need upgraded.

I don't know I am not staring at game film. I do know the offense has a **** load of problems in comparison to the defense.Did Barron outplay Bush at the end of the season?
Our O was ****, could not score more than 10 in the last three games. I'm not a pom pom waver for Tomlin, but he didn't have his #1 and #2 QB, #1 RB and his "#1" WR was a ghost majority of the season, not to mention his OL under-performed greatly. It's really hard to judge his performance or give him negativity this season.
His routine is old and tired. I knew immediately he would challenge the spot on the fake punt. Though earlier he doesn't challenge the possible Johnson TD. He makes the same ******* mistakes over and over and never owns up to them. He still can't manage a clock and constantly takes all of his timeouts with him into half time as if he can accrue them. Even with a healthy Ben, I'm tired of his schtick.

Scrub QBs running bad offenses around the league were able to put up 30 points this season. The Steelers didn't even come close.
Were any of those scrub QBs undrafted, 4th stringers? I'm sorry, but Duck was mediocre and became very bad the more he played. No passing game, no running game, couldn't put up points. They scared no one.
He had to have learned something standing next to all those coaches on the sidelines for all those years...I want Duce Staley at head coach. He is ready.

Kyle Allen - 8 games with 250+ yards passing; 5 games with 2 or more touchdown passes
Gardner Minshew - 6 games with 250+ yards passing; 7 games with 2 or more touchdown passes
David Blough - 2 games with 250+ yards passing; 1 game with 2 or more touchdown passes
Jeff Driskel - 1 game with 250+ yards passing; 1 game with 2 or more touchdown passes
Same old story, just a different year... the organization is satisfied with mediocrity. 8-8 seasons are great years!
Better play calling for all these QBs listed. Fichtner did absolutely nothing for the backup QBs. Lazy, fat piece of **** just rolled out the same game plan each week.
