Yet another example of why biological men should not be allowed in women's bathrooms. This perverted shitcunt said he was in the female toilets because he wasn't sure what gender he was. Making it even worse, he only got a slap on the wrist and no conviction, despite filming over 100 women. Can't have him being deported and risk impacting the Australian University systems' international student gravy train.

In Australia it's more the judges than prosecutors. The problem is the type of person who goes into criminal law (given judges are drawn from the legal profession) is usually someone who wants to make a difference, and frequently that difference is they think that people are inherently good, and the system is what causes them to commit crime. That leads to judges who are more concerned with keeping the offender out of jail, than protecting society and sending a message that this behaviour won't be tolerated.
