We went into that draft like we went into this draft. Come hell or high water we were going to draft a WR. I think the Steelers hoped Holt or Boston would fall but instead of sticking to their board and taking John Tait or Jevon Kearse we stuck with our need pick and took Edwards. Hopefully Burns turns out better...

Faneca was just solid? Tossing out a draft pick do to injuries is rather dumb. Nothing can really predict them. Same thing with Simons, who knew he would develop diabetes and not be able to play to his potential. They get a pass on that one. Drug abuse issues can be more likely for someone who already has an issue and rarely come out of the blue.
