Trump can be prosecuted/Carson is Carson

If moderate democrats/liberals have to own those nuts, then you get to own the Klan, and every right wing militia/tea party/ generic christian wacko group.

Wanna go there?

The Klan that is backing Hillary? That Klan?

You gotta hate your own to qualify as a Tom. A classic example...

I read Colin Powell's biography and it changed my life. Dude is probably the most successful Black man in American military history. I don't care about parties or politics necessarily. And I have great respect for success. But people like Thomas Sowell and Larry Elder who hate being Black and would gnaw off their left arm to be white? Or go out of their way to insult their own people to appease racist whites? **** them niggas.
What are some examples of these guys wanting to be white? How do they insult their own? Just asking for clarification.

I doubt seriously that you want a real answer. People who hate their own don't say things like "I hate being Black." It doesn't work that way, and I suspect you know that.

I did not realize Dr Tomas Sowell had said he hates being black. Although I think there is probably some contextual things that go along with that statement if he did indeed utter it. Sort of like when I have said I hate being white when faced with the antics of an extreme biggot or neosocialist race baiter.

I guess what I would like to know is what does he say to make you think he hates being black. AND How does he insult his own? I mean, you said it. You have that opinion. Can you give examples or not? Are you projecting or can you give examples to back up your claims? And I reaIize they don't come right out and say I hate being black but, they must have said or done something for you to draw those conclusions. And please don't forget to address the insults towards his own kind. And yes, I would like a serious answer. I am not asking so I could pounce on your reply. If that's what you're thinking. I just want to know what they did or said to make you have a negative opinion of those black men.

Thinking Trump violated the law is about as dumb as someone can be. I guess every candidate that ever appointed a VP that was also running for the nomination should be brought up on charges. While we're at it, let's through in anyone that was appointed to their cabinet. Dumb, dumb, dumb!

You can say the law is dumb, but I don't see how he didn't violate it and I don't think appointing someone after the nomination is the same thing.

Silly, everybody knows you can't be black AND Republican.

You wanted to get away with saying the word "nigger". We all see what you did.

Disingenuous. Specifically, elfiePolo clear used that term when referring to Ben Carson - a neurosurgeon - as a "house n******." His claim that he meant "house nerd" is so idiotic as to be insulting.

You may wish to direct your ire towards elfiePolo, the scum coward who posted the term.

It seems that cheese ball/pretend racist Donald Trump has violated federal law(not the first time I'm sure), and Ben Carson is what African-Americans have always known him to be: a house n*****.

That's a house nerd for you that have never been to university......

The law Trump violated:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/599

Bet nothing happens.

Ahh, look at the wanna-be lawyer trying to argue the law. It's soooo ... wrong.

First, the statute provides, "Whoever, being a candidate, directly or indirectly promises or pledges the appointment, or the use of his influence or support for the appointment of any person to any public or private position or employment, for the purpose of procuring support in his candidacy shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

So here, Carson said that he was promised a "role" in the Trump White House, "at least in an advisory capacity." So he was in fact not promised "any public or private position or employment," was he?

Further, you conveniently ignore the requirement that such promise of "any public or private position of employment" was made "for the purpose of procuring support in his candidacy." Carson did not say that; Trump did not say that; you cite no evidence of any type showing that Trump promised a public or private position or employment in return for Carson's support.

If you tried to get an indictment under these fact, the grand jury would laugh you out of court. Well, any jury would laugh you out of court in any event, given how stupid you are.

In short, you (1) misread the law, (2) made an assertion that is demonstrably false, (3) claimed a violation of law that in fact does not exist, and (4) showed why you might want to be a lawyer, but fall far short of the requirements.

But hey, wanna-be lawyer, you want to research potential campaign violations? Look at 28 U.S.C. §597, which provides:

Whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote, or to vote for or against any candidate; and Whoever solicits, accepts, or receives any such expenditure in consideration of his vote or the withholding of his vote -- Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if the violation was willful, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.

So when Bernie is promising to pay for college, Hillary is promising to pay for medical services, and indeed when every Democrat to run for office the past 50 years promises free **** to voters, I guess they should go to jail??

What say you, wanna-be lawyer? You ready to support indictments of every Democrat promising free ****?? Did you sleep at a Holiday Inn Express recently?

Leave legal analysis to the professionals, wanna-be.

Steeltime, before you go slapping Elfie again, please put on a stained wife-beater and give us notice so we can notify COPS to get this recorded.
