My boss just retired with 20 years as a Lt Col. Strike Eagle and T-38 pilot. Trying to land an airline gig .... might not be in the cards.

USAF Rejects Retired Pilot Recall

The U.S. Air Force said on Sunday there are no plans to use the powers created by President Donald Trump last week to force the recall of retired pilots. "We appreciate the authorities and flexibility delegated to us," said Ann Stefanek, chief of Air Force media operations on Sunday. However, "the Air Force does not currently intend to recall retired pilots to address the pilot shortage,” Stefanek said.

And just to be clear, when he say "different" he means NOT the way Obama wanted them to do it.

Obama sucked balls on foreign policy. He was just awful. Trump has done more in 9 months and started turning things around in more areas of the world while Obama basically let things go to **** for 8 years.
