Tyreek Hill to Dolphins for 5 Picks

30 million / yr for a WR? Plus giving up all those picks wow. I hope the Steelers never resort to that. TJs deal is looking pretty sweet now with the money being thrown around.
Tj is tge best defensive player in the league and id trade him in a heartbeat for 3 firsts and some second and thirds lol

Didn't our rag-tag defense silence him when we played ?

Deonte Johnson will be gone if he thinks he is getting more than 15-18 mil over 4 years with a 5th year option.

Yes but we dedicated alot of resources to stop him so everyone else killed us

They want a pass rusher. Likely planning to move up for Travon Walker.

As has been said in player tribune articles several times now, the vast majority of players don’t really care if tgey ever win… its just money and stats that lead to more money
Well that proves my point that most are not very intelligent. Being a player on a Team always in the playoffs and possibly winning championships will make way more money in endorsements with a lower contract than the dude who goes to the jets and wins 2 games a year. Yeah those guys will always get the local endorsements but when you start getting into the national stuff, there's way more money involved in that then their contracts will ever be.

how many National tyreek hill commercials have you seen?

That’s quite a frigging haul. KC was smart here. With Mahomes contract they didn’t want to pay Hill huge as well. Too much $$$$ in two positions. They will draft a shiny new speedster. Not bad dividend for a fifth round pick.
The bright lights of Miami will fit in well for Hill. Lol

Remind me what we got again for AB? Frigging jackass. 🙂😩

How long can this bloated contracts continue until they kill the whole financial equilibrium of the league?

I hear yaz Litos

September 23 2024 is my guess !

Really ? Hill is 28. You think it will be at 36 or 37 when he slows down ?

yes. i think he's that impressive of an athletic specimen. we're talking about a world class track star who happens to play football, and actually plays the game well.

You would be wrong. Time waits for no one and that is if he doesn't tear a knee or an Achilles heel.

Everytime I see this **** it pisses me off. Mike Tomlin did such a good job keeping the lid on Antonio Brown. Such a good job that they could have traded his crazy *** at max value which should have been as much as Hill instead of the scraps they got.

The bottom has to drop out of the WR market at some point. When is the last year a draft has not been “loaded” at WR? You can make the case to give big money to guys like Hill and Adams because they are still in their prime and are extremely productive. But Christian Kirk?

I read that the chiefs could have cleared the room to keep Hill. They decided it wasn’t worth it. Good for them.

The Steelers better not pay DJ more than $15 million per or they are crazy. Let him play this year and tag him once while drafting a WR this year and next.

shuddup, doofus. it's clear he's a cut above the rest, and obviously a torn-up knee or achilles can happen to anyone.
You must be slow. He is a great receiver and explosive as hell right now. Odds are he will have a leg injury before the 4 years is up and no way is he still near as fast even 4 years from now much less the 8 or 9 you stupidly spewed . Doofus is a step up for your thinking.

I wonder gotta what Maholmes thinks of your take...
Probably thinks it sucks, but I am sure they already told him they would attack the position one way or another.
