Thinking, What's next for Harrison. ? Moats, Harrison, Jones, Worilds.... all healthy..

We KNow Worilds wont be back,, we kinda know Harrison wont be baack.... (not really sure)

I guess its possible they leave Jarvis on the side line.. Its a good problem to have IMO.

Tomlin has a hard on for Worilds, I'm not so sure he will not be back. I really doubt 92 will be back next year.....but who knows.

Jarvis had two sacks and a force fumble in three games.......so he was having somewhat of an impact when he was playing.

We know what this means...

In all seriousness, I'm looking forward to seeing Jones return to the field, as it's time to find out once and for all what the guy can do. I'm not very optimistic about him, but would love to be surprised.

Jarvis and Harrison will rotate, Moats who really hasn't done much to the bench.

Alternating, or whatever, with James for the rest of the season ought to teach Uncle Jarvis quite a bit.

I thought Jarvis was still on the IR Designated To Return list. They still have him listed that way on the roster. If so, he'd have to be taken off soon in order to even play in another game this year. That is if I'm correct in thinking that under the rule he still would have to sit/practice for three weeks before being eligible to play in a game.

It would be nice after JJ comes back to have Jarvis, Deebo, and Worilds all on the field at the same time in obvious passing downs. Maybe have McLendon and heyward in on the DL and then have Jarvis, Deebo, and Worilds in and then have an all out blitz or drop all three in a zone, or rush one drop two, or rush two drop one, or rush all three and drop Heyward. Could make for some interesting blitzes on those 3rd and 10+ downs.

Wolfley said the same thing on steelers.com. Once the broken bones heal he now has to get strength back in the wrist and hand. That may take quite a while, I would be surprised if he is ready before the last two games of the season, and think it more likely he will be ready after the regular season is over.

Bust!.....

Just like Rod Woodson, keeping him around so he can play in the Super Bowl. Woodson didn't do so well, and JJ is no Rod Woodson.

Woodson came back from a torn ACL in the same season he tore it - kind of unheard of. Jones is just coming back from a broken wrist, not nearly as long of a process. He will be back before the Super Bowl, I see him coming back in 3 weeks.

How do "we" "know" that Worilds isn't coming back???

I thought Jarvis was starting to turn the corner....he was very active his first couple games. I'm excited for this kid. If he's not healthy I would prefer he sit out the remainder of the year.

agreed....he was turning the corner and was a huge loss for the defense...

we also need to get Troy back in the lineup quickly..could use him against Brees and Ryan down the stretch..

I think one of those sacks was when he got blocked into the qb and hit his hand on someones helmet. Not positive but I thought that was the play he got injured on. I watched both games and he did not look like he was causing lots of disruption or took major effort for a team to account for him. Be that as it may I am glad he is recovering and hope that he is not rushed back as we have adequate back ups to fill his position at this time. It would also be nice for him to take the time to get the strength back in his wrist and hand as that is a major part of his game when it comes to tackling and rushing.

Healthy PLAY, unhealthy SIT. He isn't no James Harrison in his prime, but given the time James had, Jarvis could develop. It's Worilds that isn't playing up to date & money value.
