Yeah what a hoot that one was. I was in the car biz for a while and some of my friends who were still working at the dealership told me some horror stories. 1990 5.0 Mustang notch back coupe, 98 BMW 745, Volvo S60Turbo, all drained of oil and coolant and run till the engines seized and shipped of for crushing because of that program. All of them were clean good running cars that were taken off the market so people who didn't need it could get a credit and people that needed transportation but could not afford a big payment were left *** out.
