The claims about the guy "driving erratically" are a lie. He stopped to help a large blonde woman who was being punched by the scum involved in the violent riots in Portland. The mob attacked him, punched him, and he tried to flee.

He did not hit anybody, did not try to hit anybody and wound up crashing his truck for some reason. This video completely disproves the lying narrative from lying liars telling more lies about their lies:
