We go OG with so much need at CB, WR?

do you like anything they do?
Sure, just not the stupid stuff. And?

So you think OG was the unit to upgrade while ignoring CB? You think we are really ironclad there? WR?

It's a 4th-round pick. Not many guys are going to be immediate contributors. They filled a potential opening at guard in the next year or two with this pick. There are still free agents out there to plug CB and WR with an immediate fix.

Here is the thing... they got Rush and Trice . They may actually not need outside help and slot is easy to fill
You're gonna put your faith in the ever-injured Trice? But THIS time he won't get hurt again?

"Plug?" Does that mean "plug well?" Do we even have a body to play WR #2 at this point? A #2 CB? Anyone?

I think it's brilliant drafting for need and not BPA. I hate - HATE, HATE, HATE - those BPA picks. I mean, how many times have we celebrated "Troy Edwards Draft Day" and his amazing accomplishments at a position of need??? Or how about Jamain Stephens when the team needed tackle help? Can you imagine being stuck with Amani Toomer, Lawyer Milloy, or Brian Dawkins instead of the amazing Jamain?!?

In closing, always draft for need; it never fails.

We weren't getting a plug and play well WR or CB in the 4th lol.
CB Troy Brown was drafted in the 8th round, was he any good? WR Donald Driver was taken in the 7th? as he any good/worth playing?

Out of how many CB's and WR's draft in the 6th round? Hundreds?

Maybe ever team should wait until pick 199 to draft a QB, cuz Brady.

Troy Brown...are you talking about the Patriots wide receiver? He didn't earn a full-time starting role until he was 29. Donald Driver only played in 6 games as a rookie and didn't earn a starting job until his fourth year in the league. Terrible examples of immediate plug and play late rounders.

all is right with the world. the Steelers drafted a CB. probs a 12 year starter of course

You mean Brown and Driver weren't worth drafting in their spots? Wow, tough crowd.
