Week 11 Steelers vs Ratbirds Gameday Thread... Battle for the AFC North

By that logic, the Ravens should’ve been in a hurry prior to the 2:00 warning instead of letting the clock run down.
Exact same scenario/. They were in no hurry, so as not to give us additional time.

I've been watching through a Croation feed and man, their announcer really makes every play sound exciting even though I have no idea what he's saying lol.

? I’d say Henry did on that drive.
He doesn’t get the ball if Lamar is at the 5 yard line but it’s OK because queen changed the momentum on the end of the first half

Typical game vs rats...haha.Now all of a sudden their damn near last pass defense is just shut down.

The Steelers need to stop thinking deep plays and get some quicker shorter tempo plays. Anything for timing.

They receivers need to work harder on scramble drills.

Another stupid stressed out to the last moment game.
If things continue the way they have offensively for us minus them handing us gifts when they have the ball, you won't have to stress to the last minute.....

This type game is to be expected. It’s never pretty and always plenty of flags and not much offense. We all know how these games play out between these two.
Steelers really needed to capitalize on at least one of those turnovers though. Those usually come back to bite you in the ***. We shall see!

Alright, Coach Tomlin, our backs are against the wall. The Ravens defense has figured out our passing game, How do we counter??

Coach??

Coach T??? You with us??

Vs the Ravens its always ***... save for like four or five games in its history... they wont use the middle of the field because the hc is terrified of turnovers..

Teams pile up yac over the middle on the ravens... not us though
If shades cant trust Wilson to use the middle of the field he won’t ever do it, today Wilson is clearly trying to avoid interceptions based on his decision making, run slants, run tight end seem routes, it will open the run game back up

Our line hasn’t done a good job of protecting Russ either

Russ almost never throws to the middle of the field. We needed to have punished them early with CP and Najee and make them think about what was coming. Instead we kept showing them empty sets with a QB who is not as mobile as he used to be and is always looking for the slow developing play. They better get their **** together when they come out...we may be a second half team, but that keeping it close aint gonna cut it against this version of the rats.

Yeah Russ usua;;y lights up the middle of the field. Tomlin is holding him back. 🙄

Yeah, the play calling is a mind ****. Ravens have their ears pinned back coming for Wilson and they are still calling slow developing deep passes

I think we’ve seen some successful slants this year with Russ. You’ve got a veteran QB, use the whole field, trust him to make the decision

Well guys…a quick walk around the block for the pug. Our D playing well. Created a couple TO’s.
I thought lousy play calling by our OC and execution by OLine,QB. Penalties have been our saving grace. But we are ahead and we play a great 2nd half so far this season. It will be tight. Let’s get our Offense going and we will be alright.

I'm going to assume the ravens' offense will find their footing and score more points in this 2nd half, at least 14-17. So the Steelers are going to need to score at least 20 to secure the victory. Can they? I guess we'll find out
