Welcome to Pittsburgh - Zach Frazier

Thought you would enjoy watching our new dancing Polar Bear in action

We will have to change that famous line Down goes Frazier ............. to Throwdown Frazier

Yeah that guy was going to have to out technique Frazier as he clearly didn’t have his mass. I give the guy credit he hung in there. Didn’t wuss out even though he was in a losing effort.

Yet both can be slow played into the starting line up just like last season with our top picks....even when everyone knew they should be starting.
If they can draft a guard named Kendrick Green with 2 games of center played in his college career and start him as their #1 center for15 games, they can start Zack….who had 37 straight starts at center for WV. 👍👍🙂

I liked JPJ a lot. I was really hoping he fell to Pittsburgh. However, Frazier is just a tough Mother F&cker. He is all heart and all football and selfless. On top of being a kick *** lineman, those intangibles are needed in this locker room. He sounds like a guy want one of us hangs out with.
The wrestling background makes him stand waaaaaay out in my book. That kind of conditioning and strength that goes into competing and winning at 285 pounds is just crazy high.

He could be the next great Steelers Center. At least I hope so.

So far, great work by FO,scouts, and coaching staff.

Just watching the wrestlers I came away impressed. Besides all that a high level of effort is needed to be successful in that sport. Doesn’t hurt carrying all those attributes over to the next chapter.

Of the centers I liked him the most its not hard to see him being part of a group that’s going to be here for the next decade. He’s super tough but also has the talent to not only block down but get into the next level seems hard now days to find guys like that. I thought we would end up with the Penn state center which would have been just ok but this guy can be elite which is the norm here! I wouldn’t be surprised if Mason and Daniels aren’t gone before camp. they got 3 plug n plays for the line for a reason, Daniel’s has settled in, as has Mason, but neither one is special by any means and the line has been much criticized and blamed for much of the problems on offense. with a veteran qb It’s the time to play young lineman. Daniel’s really disappointed me they signed him to solve a lot of problems on that line and he’s been just average and at times stinking. If he can be replaced I’d do it in a heart beat. GoSteelers!!

A long season I prefer to not deplete depth. They have a G now they can throw into the woodpile if they want competition for a start .

Successful wrestling at a big college while playing another sport and keeping a 4.0 is a major feat. Shows he is a very hard dedicated worker. I do not think he will have any problems at the NFL level.

Well he is signed and all the picks are signed prior to camp.👏

Measure this guy for his gold jacket!! He’s the perfect Steeler! He s the kind of guy we can depend on to grab the opponents by the nose and kickem in the arse. GoSteelers!!
