great pick
give up a 4th to jump a few spots and get the big left tackle they need to protect Kenny

they need to drop back and get mulitple picksNow they will trade 32.
Hope notNow they will trade 32.
They don't have to. They can still address DB,DE, and pass rush with the next three if they choose.Hope not
lots of talent still thereNo way I would trade either of my second round picks. There's absolutely no reason to.
well, on 2nd thought, after seeing who the "best available" are, i'm okay with trading back, lolThey don't have to. They can still address DB,DE, and pass rush with the next three if they choose.
very good pointYeah, trade #32 and pick up another pick or two. Right now we have three picks and more than three holes to fill. If you could trade back three picks, still get a guy you want, and get back that 4th round pick you gave up earlier, why the hell wouldn't you?
Turns out Tomlin first became aware of Broderick a year ago after his teammates boasted about him.
If there is a bidding war for Levis and its a third I move. Otherwise no. Screw a 4th.lots of talent still there
drop back a few spots and recoup some draft picks 4 5 6 are all gone right now
Sometimes I feel like they could get a Lawrence Taylor clone and someone would *****. Look there is no such thing as a sure thing. But this was about as good as it got. Hell if they would havevsaid Joey Porter Jr would have you been shocked. Well guess what they get both for the price of a 4th.i cant say i dont see the reasoning behind this pick. And that's a very good thing at the least.
They are trying to address the elephant. The front office wants Pickett upright and went into FA to get a few maulers. They pick BJ cause he's huge and could pack on a few pounds in the NFL. The coaches saw tape on him pulling out and driving LBers into the dust. Explosive hands is what the word is.
The more and more i see of BJ on tape, the more i hate this pick.
BJ could even have that kind of power and translate it into the NFL game but it's highly doubtful he's gonna roadgrade anybody based on what his tape shows. That's just my opinion. i consistently see that BJ lunges, head down and all. And BJ often stands up the most powerful of DL on running plays but BJ does not get any leverage whatsoever. Like... ever. it's truly pitiful.
And so i would never accuse BJ of being a "people mover".
Unless the coaches think they can change BJ's game and clean all that crap off of him, i think this pick was pure garbage. Dan Moore Jr., your spot is still very safe at LT.
Yeah. Zero sacks allowed in 445 pass plays at left tackle, versus the SEC and then two more games in the CFB.i cant say i dont see the reasoning behind this pick. And that's a very good thing at the least.

Golf clap. With ceiling still there.Yeah. Zero sacks allowed in 445 pass plays at left tackle, versus the SEC and then two more games in the CFB.
You've got to really hate a pick like that.
I hear you. It's my opinion and i could wrong as hell.Yeah. Zero sacks allowed in 445 pass plays at left tackle, versus the SEC and then two more games in the CFB.
