Well let me list the positives

Embrace the suck! Nothing changes. It's
only getting worse. Embrace it....

okay one positive

I get to start pimping UH Cougar players that much sooner

I murdered a mole in my yard with a pitch fork about a half hour before kickoff. He'd been tearing up my yard for a week.
I was pretty happy throughout this easily predictable loss. My wife was more mad about the game than I was.
Let us not make a mountain out of a molehill. 😁 No loss ever makes me happy. Numb, angry, temper flair induced, disgusted, disappointed, but happy doesn't have a home after a loss let alone a beat down.

We are closer to a higher draft pick?

Maybe you misunderstand a little bit... The loss didn't make me happy AT ALL. Killing that ******* mole made me happy. I expected the Steelers to get beat, maybe even get whooped pretty badly. It would have been a shock to me if they'd won. I wasn't surprised at all, so no, not mad.

That's how I watched the game. My son was a bit surprised, but there was no way this team was going to beat the bungles.

Tomlin is one game closer to the end of his tenure here.
Not happening.

Your world comes crashing down completely this weekend then. And at the hands of another Cincinnati team. I feel for you Coolie I really do.
how does that relate to my post? I'll still pimp the kids off that team I wish would end up in black and gold

Hopefully cincy challenges Jones on kick returns and punts instead of kicking away from him

They should also target his guy as much as possible when he is on defense

Hopefully Logan Hall (DL) doesn't break your little qb in half this weekend

Many positives
1. I dont have to worry about Random Saturday playoff games this year
2. Steeler jerseys/sweatshirts etc should be 1/2 price right before Christmas
3. expectation has been set so low that i will be excited and brag about it if we dont lose next week by 20 points
4. No stress games for the rest of the season. whatever happens happens.

This whole season is marching my expectations of Ben’s encore performance...

You’ve been at a great concert (Ben’s career) then the band comes back for the encore and yup a 20 minute version of (insert least favorite tune here)...now sit your buzzed *** in traffic that ain’t moving no matter how much you may want the situation to change.

Here come the 80s!!! Embrace the fact that nothing changes until ownership takes a hard look at reality and stops making decisions based on past performances and trying to put being both loyal to a fault and being PC over winning football games.

It is what it is, and it sucks out loud. I already quit spending money on this team now they have made it so spending time on them appears to be a bad investment as well: this is not a product worth buying in any way shape or form.

The biggest positive is that it is over

Maybe WFT will still want Tomlin next time they have an opening

Just giving you ****. My daughter is a UC grad and I have to have something to cheer for right now.

No I just wanted to use a molehill reference. Not everyday I get to use that pun.😁

Here come the 80s!!!

Chuck Noll's 1984 team beat Denver in Denver in the 1st round and battled Marino's Dolphins team into late in the second half before the game got away.

Chuck Noll's 1989 team was outscored 92-10 in its first 2 games, then went 9-5 to win a wildcard spot, beat Houston in Houston and had Denver on the ropes in Denver in the AFC Championship game before Denver eked out a 24-23 victory.

You think Tomlin is going to win 2 road playoff games and make two AFC Championship game appearances in the next six seasons??

I turned the **** show off after the pick six and watched a few videos on making Beef Wellington for our Christmas day feast. Life is too short to watch bad football.

My only hope is that Coach T's seat is at least luke warm after that debacle. Ownership can no longer accept mediocrity as the standard in Pittsburgh.

I give MT a solid chance for a 2 playoff wins in the next ten years...the 80s...yup I stand by it. 4 appearances would be overachieving for him, but in today’s parity filled league where half the teams make it to the playoffs it’s not impossible.

Law of averages says every team should make 4.375 appearances in a 10 year span.

When the game turns to ****, I usually do yard work.

I fear I am going to have the best yard in the neighborhood.

Hey, I was thinking of trying to make Beef Wellington as well. (y)

In all seriousness - I'm surprised to see the Pittsburgh Post Gazette run an article like this. Or, maybe not, I don't know.

Not sure if this is the appropriate thread, but if it's a thread about the Pittsburgh Steelers, it's likely a thread about sucking all of the balls. If someone else wants to suck balls, they gotta come through us to do it. I just read that twenty teams have won playoff games since our last win, which came way back in 2016. In addition to us blighting the shield, I'm not sure who the other 11 teams are, but I'm guessing we played one of them to a draw last week, at home. We're on that good trajectory as evidenced by our 11 wins in a row last year.

I even bought a puff pastry cutter to give it a nice lattice look! lol Here is the recipe and method I'm going to try.

I'm not surprised at the article at all. I saw quite a few people in the Burgh area writing similar articles yesterday. Nothing like an embarrassing loss to a rival team to make everyone start to take notice. This team is BAD.
