I'd call that a complete pass since he had taken a couple steps.
This should eliminate the conspiracy theories though. Errrr.....
IMO, all the replay controversy does is create more buzz about the NFL.
think about it... had that been ruled a catch and all, would there be anyone talking about it right now? it's almost as if the NFL decided to create more traffic using controversy than actual gamesmanship.

About 20 years ago my dad, god rest his soul, used to say that he remembered when a fumble was a fumble. I'm sure if he saw the stuff that gets overturned today or the penalties guys get for hitting guys he'd have no idea what sport he was watching.
