Court rules 'habitually drunk' illegal immigrant can't be deported

A federal appeals court has ruled that the U.S. cannot deport an illegal immigrant who is a "habitual drunkard."

The ruling rendered Mexican citizen Salomon Ledezma-Cosino, considered a "habitual drunkard," not eligible for removal from the U.S. Medical records indicate he drank an estimated one liter of tequila a day for a decade.

This was blatantly the case back in January when an Islamic terrorist tried killing a cop in cold blood as he sat in his patrol car. When addressing the media, the police commissioner echoed verbatim what the shooter said his reason was in that he was doing it in the 'name of Islam' and that the 'police defend laws that are contrary to the teachings of the Qur'an'. Then this was followed by an embarrassing and mind-blowing display by their piece of **** mayor stating that this crime had nothing to do with Islam and its teachings. Obummer can't be out of office fast enough...

10 miles of Arizona border unmanned for 2 days

PHOENIX — A 10-mile stretch of the Arizona border with Mexico was left unmanned for two days, allowing criminal cartel members to cut a hole in the fence, drive two vehicles into the U.S. and escape, according to the head of the national Border Patrol union.

Brandon Judd, president of the 16,500-member National Border Patrol Council, told Congress that surveillance cameras spotted the two vehicles inside the U.S.

Agents who investigated found tracks indicating the vehicles had entered through the hole.

The cartel members put the fence back up and tried to hide the cuts they made, Judd said.

The Obama administration and (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) Commissioner (Gil) Kerlikowske have repeatedly told the American public that the border is more secure today than it’s ever been," Judd said. "As a Border Patrol agent, I will tell you the exact opposite."
