Well its obvious we are going to draft one sometime in this draft... so what is your guess?

Option 1 Trading up in the First round...
-this would mean giving up lots of premium assets for a qb you expect to be a long term solution...
Option 2 standing pat in the first round.
-this can mean drafting a top guy who is falling or reaching for a mid level prospect to make sure you get him
Option 3 trading down into the bottom of the first or second round.
-This gets you extra assets later in the draft, while still grabbing an upper mid tier qb prospect
Option 4 in the third round.
- a gamble that one of the better guys is still on the board by now
Option 5 the 4th round
-the first round of the third day is often where a higher level expected qb prospect falls to... you may need to trade up to grab them though... they usually go high on this day
Option 6 the 5th round
-basically, you are in backup territory here... its not really where teams swing for the fences on a high risk/ high reward guy... they are looking for safe stable backup types..
Option 7 the 6th round.
-The sixth is where you really go for broke on guys who need some work, but could pay off big... again this is like shooting for a starter three or four years down the road
Option 8 the 7th round...
if someone lasts till the 7th, its not because teams have any hope for them... if there was an inkling of hope, they went in the sixth... the seventh is where you find camp arms that may be practice squad guys for a while before contributing... Well unless your system can make a bum like Purdy into an imaginary star, lol.. ours cant

What do we win if we guess right?

Option 4 , 3rd round, only because you explained that one of the 2nd group of QBs fell there, else... whoever's left in the next round

Drafting a QB is always a gamble, but is there one that really stands out as worth the risk?
Option 3 may make the most sense, although they might lose out on premium pick in a position they really need.

Got to be honest, this is the first year that I can remember in a long time that I'm not all that excited about the draft.

I don't see a way to vote.

My gut is still telling me they will reach and take one in the 1st round and piss off a lot of people. However, the most logical spot would be the 3rd round.
Another FAIL like Pickett.....with Clown-lin not even having a clue on developing jack sh--.

He was not a good QB and not a good prospect. Rather have Howard or McCord in that part of the draft.

Howard is not the guy, watched every play all year. That offense was a cheat code, he was a passenger.

Ewers played the last 12-13 games with a bad oblique injury and still put up good numbers and led his team to the final 4. I think he’s severely undervalued. This is totally subjective but he just looks like an NFL QB out there the way he runs the LOS, carries out fakes, distributes the ball accurately and efficiently, etc. As far as “not a good prospect”, he was the literally the top recruit of the 2021 class.

I’m either staying at 21 and drafting a badly needed DL, the best one available or if I trade back it better net me a later number two or forget it.
The top three QBs will be long gone by round three and I don’t want any of the bushers left in round three. I take the best RB available in round three.
Now, if any of the project QBs are left when we draft in round four then I’m on board drafting one here. Ewers, Milroe, McCord, whomever, they will be clipboatd holders and learning.
Please, do not move up in the draft and select Sanders. I do not want to give up next years draft capital to select this guy. Next year is our time to draft a franchise QB,not this year.
Fix the DL and get a RB this year.

Pimps Ewers but bags on Howard, as if the Texas offense wasn't just as much a cheat code. Sprinter like speed at every position and loaded with draft prospects all over the roster. Ewers prospect as a high school QB has nothing to do with his prospect as an NFL QB which is what was being referenced.

Can't blame you; you know where they are going, who is in charge. Empty platitudes. Zero discipline.

Since there are no prizes, I’ll go with the unlikely and choose X. We don’t draft one.

Uh, not mentioning Tomlin by name still counts as bringing up Tomlin.
Did you not get Coolies message?
