Who was your college’s biggest bust?

SDSU. I can't think of any. Feel free to offer ideas.

Tim Biakabutuka or taco Charlton

So were are one up on Houston.

I’ve ONLY heard of one “diaper” porn star from Huston……… It’s a special ‘nitch………………

EDIT: HO, sometimes those fingers don’t HIT the spot…………..

Courtney Brown was a disappointment as #1 overall but he was a decent player.

Kijana had bad luck of bad knee injury. Back then ACL surgery was a crapshoot. He did actually come back and have a decent career but was never great. I think he would have been a gamebreaker if not for that injury. Same thing with Enis. I don't think Enis would have been a superstar but would have been good if not for chronic knee injuries.

Blackledge gets consideration because he was in that QB class of 82 which makes it look worse.

Bryant Johnson is probably the answer. People forget that he was a 1st round WR 17th overall. He ended up playing a bunch of year only because teams carry 5 and 6 WRs but he never did anything.

So today Jonathan Baldwin’s name came up in conversation… He was a WR for Pitt taken in the first round by KC a little over a decade ago… he was huge, built like a tank and ran a sub 4.5 40… he also had temper issues and broke his wrist in a minicamp fight prior to camp then missed the whole preseason… knee issues quickly followed and he was traded to san fran but couldn’t pass a physical… he was out of the league within 3 seasons.

Id venture from a potential and draft position spot, he was clearly Pitt’s biggest bust..

Id think for Penn state it has to be Kajana Carter.
Yeah you have other busts like Blackledge and Courtney Brown, but Carter looked like he would be that generational running back… then his ligaments ended up being made of crepe paper…

In any case who do you think your college’s biggest draft bust was?

It's debatable whether or not to include players having injuries that caused them to bust. Kind of seems unfair.

One player that sticks out that outright sucked from Michigan State was Tony Mandarich.

All my university flings had small busts, unfortunately. Nice butts though

At our school the cafeteria for the people staying in Dorm was called Marquis Hall. Half way through the Semester you would notice all the Town Girls had developed Marquis ***.

Mandarich actually came back as a guard and had a solid career. He won a Super Bowl as a starter for the Colts. He started as a bust because he was all roided up but he swallowed his pride and put in the work to make a comeback.

Charles Rogers was #2 overall pick at WR for Detroit. He was a bust but he may have had an injury, i forget.

If we want to know the first-round busts from every major college just look up the Cleveland Clowns draft history.
