I'm wondering if this is all a set up from McAfee to self promote. Rodgers is his buddy and Pat's podcast crew could have put this rumor out there with the understanding between McAfee and Rodgers that Rodgers won't spill the beans to the media. It would be no skin off Rodger's *** to do Pat that favor.

I guess we will know soon....or not. If he signs I mean, not my conspiracy theory.

I watch Footbahlin with Ben today. He had Pat on and Pat played down the A-Aron saga. Said he hasn’t seen Roger’s in quite
A while (1-month to 6weeks).

Let us know if anything developed. I thought for sure that was when Roger’s would come down off Mt. Olympus and make his announcement. Now I’m not so sure.

My take is that they have a verbal deal but are holding off announcing it because A-Aron doesn't want to go to minicamp and OTA's, so both sides have an excuse for why he wasn't there.

Highly likely which will be a jump the shark moment. Because you will be waisting everyone else's time on offense installing an offense that won't be used.

Mason to start, rookie to back up would be my plan, Joe gives you nothing but above .500 insurance. Need a little upside in the QB room.
