If he gets the taxes done, builds the wall, and has the economy cookin' he might walk away.

I think the key to this question will be what happens in the 2018 election. Reno's and Dem's in red states OUT.

I always thought he might, but can an egomaniac be ok with not winning twice?

Some people would rather be 1-0 in a super bowl than risk being 1-1.

If Trump gets things done, he can walk away on the highest possible note. 2nd terms usually are not as good, which pissed me off as there are a few bough tout or fake Republicans screwing up golden opportunities.

So if the Dems bak back one of the houses, Trump will have an even tougher 2nd terms if he wins re-election.

I would be shocked if he runs again. I don't think he really even wanted to be president this time.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

He'll never run!

He'll never get on the ballot!

He'll never win any primaries!

He'll never win the nomination!

He'll never win any blue states!

He'll never win Florida!

He'll never win PA!

He'll never win Michigan!

He'll never win Wisconsin!

He'll NEVER BEAT HILLARY

He'll never get the delegates to stick with him! He'll never get a security clearance! He'll never be allowed to get the electoral delegate votes!
etc etc etc etc etc etc
etc etc etc
etc etc etc

Confirmed - if you are against Trump, you are a Communist

Communist Party Admits It’s Behind Anti-trump Movement

Revcom.us, who call themselves the “Voice of the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA” are a group who have a Central Committee, a campaign arm, a manifesto, and even a constitution for the new Socialist America. They are engaged in organizing protests and getting boots on the ground for events. And of course, a newspaper imaginatively titled, “Revolution.”

Democrat Party hits lowest mark in 25 years

Democrats still haunted by 2016

On Election Day 2016, Democrats suffered a devastating and shocking loss. A year later, they're still sorting through the wreckage. The infighting, the divisive personalities and the questions about how it happened are still front and center, threatening to hold the party back in elections into next year's midterms.

Spike, I'm pretty sure that first picture of the inauguration is phitoshopped, fwiw.

I don't think he will run again.

I just changed my voter affiliation from Democrat to Independent, but I don't see myself voting for any social conservative.

I support fiscal conservatism, and lowering our national deficit. I support a balanced budget. I also believe that gays should have equal rights, right to marry, etc. I support a woman's right to have an abortion if she wants to.

Sadly, there is no candidate who represents me.

Did you think that politicians ran in elections to represent you?

Name one from the past that has, pls.

There are plenty of candidates that fit most independent people... from further left of the dems like the green party to the ultra conservative constitutional party and all shades inbetween... people just fall into the two party trap

Republicans got clobbered in our local elections yesterday.

Republicans got clobbered in our local elections yesterday.

Maybe, just maybe it's not just expat Americans working abroad that have Trump figured out.

Yesterday's election was a referendum on Trump, no doubt about it. Will be hard for the SN fake news crew to put a spin on this one, but I'm sure they'll come up with something.

Good. Do your job. If not, bye.

It's a heavily Republican area of Pennsylvania.

Does not bode well for midterm elections. Yeah, Republicans suck and can't get anything done but I'd rather nothing get done than what Dems will do if they take over.

Turnout was up and Dem voter rolls have increased. Trump has energized Democrats, unfortunately.

Again, Republicans have made a lot of promises over the last 3 elections and have kept none of them. They told us they needed the house, the senate and the Presidency and they would deliver. When push came to shove, they gave us the finger after we did what was asked. You reap what you sow. People are tired of lies and excuses. People are tired of career politicians wagging their fingers at us. You are going to see a lot more of this on both sides of the aisle. And if Republicans get crushed in mid-terms, so be it. They haven't earned the privilege of serving America.

Well, I agree with you they don't deserve it but total Dem control would mean the end of this country as we know it so I can't really be happy about that.

Bullshit. Those are deep blue states that were retarded enough to vote for Hillary. Virginia is the swamp. That's where most of the establishment pols live. Dems should be worried that the election was so close.

White collar urbanites have come to their senses, blue collar rural voters not so much. They still want to see everybody in hell.

It's not. I stayed home that day to watch the inauguration. Fox showed the crowd honestly. CNN did not. It was packed.

In your local election? Where is that, NJ?. 6 house seats and 1 senate seat was up. Dem's gained just one seat. Check out 2018. Dem's are in big trouble defending many seats in red states.

How is DeBlasio winning in NYC and other Dems winning in NJ and VA even news

If you swapped TN for VA, now that would be a shocker.

Chester County PA. A historic sweep of local offices for the Dems. No congressional seats in the running here.

I would agree partly, but I would also say it is a referendum on Republicans in general. Look, people put them in office because they said they would do certain things. They haven't done those things. Hell they can't even agree on those things. It is mainly RINO's like McCain and Murkowski and Collins, but still. Democrats are at least smart enough to hold their nose and go along with their party for better or for worse. Republicans deserve to lose until they deliver what they promise. I am happy that voters aren't giving them 2 terms to do nothing. 10 months is plenty. Next.
