Win and we're in

so if we beat KC, we're in. if we beat Cincy, we'd then win the division and drag the Rats into the playoffs with us.

Seems like most of the realistic scenarios I could find would have us most likely playing Baltimore in the Wild Card round. If you start creating scenarios where we win out but the Patriots lose to the Jets and Bills, we can slide into the 2nd seed. I just don't see that happening. The Pats are likely to throw a game away to rest players for the playoffs, but I doubt they would sacrifice a bye.

Yeah, If they win Sunday they are in no matter what. If they lose Sunday it keeps some open doors, most of which would be closed by beating the Bengals, but likely lose the Division to The Rats because they play Houston with a back up back up and Johnny Football. who was unbeliebably bad yesterday. If they go 0-2, the pain will be over and the season done.

if the steelers and the Rats win out, we get the division...they lose most tiebreakers to us... only way they beat us without more wins I think is if both of us lose out, and if that happens, well neither of us probably go

If we beat KC, does that knock them out of the playoffs automatically, or do they still have a chance? I'd like to knock those ******* out completely for ******* up that easy FG last year.

The Chiefs have had a hand a couple of times in keeping the Steelers from the playoffs. The one that sticks in my mind is where they hurt Ben, took him out of the game, and I think broke Charlie Batch's arm in overtime. I lived in Missouri foe 12 years, and I hope they spank the Chiefs next week.

It depends on what Baltimore and Cinci do up till then. they might be out and they may have a shot still

PLAY like it means something, every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chiefs need to get rolled and we need to continue to keep on rolling. Our best is coming along.

Looking at the playoff simulator tool, I couldn't find a way to get the Chiefs into the playoffs with a loss to the Steelers. So, here is to hoping that's true, and the Steelers have a chance to exact some revenge on those ***** this Sunday.

So what would happen if the Steelers win and both Baltimore and Cincy lose this week? Anyway to not have to play the starters week 17 and have the division wrapped up by then?

Nope, because if the Bungholes beat the Steelers they would be 10-5-1 which is better than 10-6.

Baltimore loses 2 and finishes 9-7. san diego and buffalo lose out. all the 7-7 teams lose at least one Cleveland doesn't actually matter... KC wins its last game.its tied with Baltimore at 9-7 it finishes 7-5 in the AFC Baltimore finishes 5-7 in the AFC... Kc takes the playoff spot... there are some more convoluted ones too, but that's one for sure

Good news. Thought they would have to win both weeks or get a lot of help.

We helped ourselves by winning and got some help with browns, texans, chargers and dolphins all losing.

I would think the Steelers matchup well in this upcoming game as far as the Chiefs being a running team over a passing team.

And being a home game.

Plus the extra motivation with the playoffs on the doorstep.

Regardless that secondary needs to step up.

Just know much they can remains to be seen.

These cinerio's are just that. Who the fluck cares who win and who loses and who we would need help from? OBVIOUSLY, we need to win and that is our ONLY focus. To HECK with the what ifs, who cans, not sures !!!! We win and all else doesn't matter.

.

The problem is that, in recent years, whenever these specific matchups appear favorable to the Steelers offense or defense during the week, they hardly ever seem to turn out that way during the game.

Alex Smith is conservative with the ball to a fault, and the Chiefs' WRs have been the least productive in the league, but unfortunately that implies they'll find their inner Dan Marino and Jerry Rice, respectively, on Sunday

Just Win baby !!!! (Al Davis)

Steelers can get the 3 seed if they win both games and the Colts lose 1. Colts play at Dallas this week so that's not far fetched. That would likely match the steelers vs the 6 seed Chargers in first round and then play at the 2 seed, currently Denver.
