I wouldn't have done that in that situation, but I understand why Rodgers did it. You try to force one of the safeties back if MVS or whomever can get one of those catches.

That then opens up your run game. And you can start controlling the game.
 
Just give up the ******* Miles Garrett sack and get on with it. Would we rather have it be on a game winning play for God’s sake? They are playing “above all else don’t get sacked”. It’s not working.
 
Steelers need to make some adjustments in the 2nd half. I'd put a SPY on Shadeur

Have you not watched his play, of course he is worried about the sack.

the whole offense is to worried about it, even the play calls.

It seems like our offense id revolved around preventing the sack.

I hear yaz, to much “sack” prevent attention and need to focus on the division attention.

So this is who were are.....I hope to win every game but if we make the playoffs.....we have zero chance of doing anything.....if we run out our exact same concepts that we have for years now. I was hoping HC T would open up the O and play aggressive on the D side especially going against a rookie QB. With Coach T we are simply an average team.

Ditto, for one of the smartest coaches ion the NFL, how can he not see what so many of us see.

From AI - Aaron Rodgers completed 9 of 17 passes for 72 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions. Shedeur Sanders completed 12 of 17 passes for 164 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The Steelers had 35 rushing yards on 6 attempts, while the Browns had 16 rushing yards on 6 attempts. The Browns' defense recorded one sack and one quarterback hit, while the Steelers' defense recorded no sacks but had one interception by Jack Sawyer.
