There was a security guy that walked by who didnt seem to do anything. I dont know how you can set someone on fire w/o them knowing it. I have not seen anything about any kind of accelerant being used. The lady just stood there instead of trying to roll, take her clothes off, or even run in a panic. Regardless I do not know how others would not at least try to smother the fire w/ their coats / clothes.
