Here’s a list of some of the wonderlics that leaked out. Not even close to a complete list. The big news is Kyler Murray only scored a 20.

I have no clue how these guys score this low, they can't possibly be that dumb? I've taken a similar test and it's not super difficult.

I don't think Wonderlic scores matter much for DLmen, but for QBs, a little (although Marino only scored a 16).

its football, not rocketology

Marino was probably coked up, though

I wonder if they changed this test from general knowledge to football knowledge, if the scores would be drastically different. Gear the questions to techniques and reads by position. Some of the low scores are to some darn good football players. There is a ton of information that has to be processed on almost every play. The Wonderlic is like football in shorts.

The test was not administered properly.

From what I know about the Wonderlic, the "general knowledge" is so basic as to be sad that they are not scoring better.

The issue is that it is 50 questions like this and you have like 15 minutes or so to answer. I think you cannot skip ahead, too, so if you get stuck on Q 2 for a few min you are ******.

However, I'd also be willing to bet they are putting out their best efforts. For most positions, this is, probably, not a make or break result on when they get drafted.

Football intelligence is a whole different ball park. Some of your best NFL players couldn't spell cat if you spotted them the A and T.

read some of these guys tweets, listen to their interviews. read their rap sheets.
these guys are embarrassingly stupid.
if it wasnt for football, these guys couldnt get a real job.

they will be millionaires, will never need real jobs, so honeslty, why study, learn proper English and be able to write coherent sentences? They have been training for one goal, to be a pro football player and their dream will pay off tomorrow(or this weekend). No offense. . .

agreed. the problem is for the .1% that actually make it to the pros(and much lesser that become millionaires) there are millions of others that think its okay not to read, write and speak relatively proper english because they are told/believe they will make it.

actually, even ones that do get drafted will more than likely need a real job, whether it be in a few months or couple years when they dont succeed in the nfl.

Rashan Gary scored a 9

Quinnen Williams an 11

and Oliver is as smart as Murray

Most questions have five possible answers. Just randomly checking off boxes is likely to yield a score of 10 (1/5).

So getting a score of 9, 10 or 11 represents a guy who would be better off just randomly checking boxes.
