wow - that's the best baseball game I've seen in a long long time - a stunner in 11 innings - HR comeback after comeback after comeback

Go Astros

enjoyed the game and the Stros win.

Would like to see Charlie Morton get a ring. Don't know why really, but another FU to the Nuttings.

Interesting Series so far. Have been a Pirates, Steelers, Pens fan for 50 years so absolutely hate the Dodgers. Rooting for Astros.

I wish I cared. Haven't been in to baseball in years. My son and I get to PNC a couple times a year. Great spending time with him, but the game is mostly boring to me anymore.

coming out of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and Finals, baseball is sloooow. I still enjoy it, though. Especially, the playoffs.

What I'm saying is that was THE GAME OF THE CENTURY!

holy ****, I don't give a **** what you think about baseball - I NEVER watch the games during the season but will watch the World Series - unbelievable game

Going to be hard to top last years series and that game 7 but what a way to start. I agree great baseball game with some great characters on both teams.

It's a great series so far.
Pulling hard for the Astros.

Dodgers bounce back tonight. Roberts ****** up pulling Hill after 4. Burnt through the bully like there was no tomorrow. Darvish will set the tone early in Game 3.

yep he set the tone for another Houston win

Game 2 was outstanding....best game I've watched in years. Reminded me a lot of the Astros vs the Mets in the '86 playoffs...but that game went 16 innings.

Dodger pen rolling with 23 scoreless inning streak, is finally touched up in the 8th for a run to cut the lead to one and then in the 9th Gonzales takes an 0-2 pitch from their unbeatable closer and ties the game up with a Hr...back to back HRs in the 10th to put the 'Stros up, but their closer loses the lead in the bottom of the inning but they don't cave. 2 run homer from Springer to get the lead back and then inspite of a solo shot in the bottom of the 11th, the 'Stros are able to close it out and take their first ever World Series win....

Pitching is always intense in the later innings.
Loved the reaction from the Houston crowd after every strike out last night

Peacock was dealing it when he came in...McCullars got himself in a jam with 3 walks and no outs, but got out of it with only one run

HOUSTON — Houston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel was suspended for five games at the beginning of the 2018 season for the racially insensitive gesture he directed at Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Yu Darvish on Friday night — a punishment that goes well beyond Major League Baseball’s precedent, but that spares the Astros from losing one of their top hitters for one or more World Series games.

Gurriel, a 33-year-old of Cuban descent, had just homered off Darvish, who is of Iranian and Japanese descent, and who grew up in Japan, in the bottom of the second inning of the Astros’ eventual 5-3 victory and was sitting on the dugout bench when a television camera caught him pulling back the skin at the corners of his eyes to make them appear slanted. He also appeared to say “Chinito” — or, “little Chinese” — to a teammate.

Cubans don't know that **** like that might offend little *******

13-12 in 10 innings

Astros down 4-0, then 7-4...finally get a 12-9 lead and lose that in the 9th....both teams are going all out...neither will ******* quit.....

Astros 3 run homer in the 4th...dodgers answer with 3 run homer in 5th...Astros answer back with another 3 run homer in the 5th.....

damn this series is going to kill me

Another game for the ages - HR comeback after comeback again.

That's entertainment!

I'm watching the Steeler's but I found myself staying longer and longer on the WS between commercials.
