Hell might as well. I saw LeBeau break out the 1-6-4 against the clowns. They still completed the pass. Image how bad that had to be... completing a pass with 10 people in coverage.

That is actually a brilliant idea. Those beanbag chairs are damn comfortable, and offensive linemen might wind up fighting to sit in the chair.

I am not sure they would get any more pass rush, but with the 4-3 they should be able to stop the run. With the 3-4 we are asking these guys to be responsible for 2 gaps. If we cut that in half, it's more realistic to expect the D will be able to contain the run because only one big-heavy will be double-teamed.

I think it would instantly upgrade the weakest part of the D. Our average-talented linebackers will be able cover a good percentage of that lost ground sideline to sideline.

There are players to fit this system, but you still lack defensive ends to rush the quarterback and you'd completely give up on Jarvis, who does not fit at all in a 4-3.

Good post, we do not have the personnel to run a 4-3.
