He’s the 800 pound gorilla in the room. He has big control over every aspect of team operations including schematics and personnel acquisition. He’s holding the team back with his outdated ways in all of those aspects so he’s fair game in any discussion of this team and it’s problems, solutions, and future

You forgot to mention how Clown-lin is in charge of the locker room and who gets to keep playing air hockey. Fraud-lin is brutal with his harsh treatment of rookies wanting to keep their air hockey playoffs going, just ruthless. Such a major disciplinarian. So strict and unyielding.
