Welcome to Draft day 2025

Wonder what’s to become of Pickens now, there was a lot of smoke about a trade

I’m sure he’s pissed, he will be a massive wildcard if kept. Probably a camp hold out and that’s just the beginning

If they trade him now post draft for anything but a solid WR that’s a big hole at that position

Where was the “smoke”???

Nothing more than A couple click bait dipshit guys that have been claiming that since the DK trade

No smoke, no fire, no real trade was ever explored…just a gigantic click bait Nothing Burger

Crazy to take Ewers in the 7th?

Will want 4 QBs going into camp. And we're usually not great at bringing in UDFA QBs because other teams add guaranteed money to them.

7th rounders are usually kind of flyers anyway. Let Howard and Ewers compete for the "developmental QB" spot.

If Rodgers skips OTAs (like he did in NY), then they could both get work (unlike most QB4s we bring to camp).

This seems like a better idea. Nothing against Bruener.

Ewers has to be kicking himself turning down millions in NIL for next year to possibly not get drafted.

Maybe he's already made enough money in college to retire, so he's good either way?

I said that when he declared

Said no way he goes higher than 3-4 (best case scenario) and left a reported 4-6 million in NIL

I even proclaimed him “too dumb to be drafted walking away from that type of coin for a contract that won’t pay him that in 4 full years”

Lmao at that dumazz move.

Meatball Heyward is still occupying a roster spot...
I like Heyward and think he can contribute a lot more than he does. It's not his fault the coaching staff doesn't seem to know how to do more than a couple of things on offense (defense as well for that matter) to get more people involved and to change up the schemes during the actual game.

Well, that does it for today! Overall, I’m happy with the draft and look forward to seeing what these kids can contribute in the years to come.

I’ll be looking forward to:
  • Hearing about the new guys in camp
  • All the talk about how the Steelers messed up not taking Sanders (we won’t mention the rest of the NFL did as well except the Stains)
  • Multiple articles about Rodgers (retiring, signing, not signing, stringing the team along…)
  • Multiple articles about Pickens (team looking at trades, Pickens requesting a trade, the team happy with Pickens and expect big things, Pickens contract extension, Pickens overall mental health…)
Now it’s time to turn on the sprinklers for the first time this year and see how they survived the winter.
