Bingo. The payment for 70's greatness was drafting dead last or near it for most of it. Those great players aged out. Thankfully they drafted some great players before he retired and Cowher took over and continued his work.

I'm glad a few people remember these things.

The spot they're stuck in now is just awful.

I remember a game when Ben threw to Ray Ray 8 catches for 200 yds. It was because Ray was #6 wr and wasn't being covered. Ben was throwing to the open man.
 
Can we get an FU to the Cleveland turf crew for that abomination of a playing surface? You're a professional organization and the best you can do is replace the middle third of the field?

When the NFL schedules the Raven's game as the Sunday Night Football game before the Brown's kickoff, I knew the game was fixed. Another FU to the NFL for ruining a great game in the name of the almighty dollar.
 
Not sure if this was mentioned, but it seemed Rodgers was pissed with Smith or Tomlin during the game about the play calling. And, he absolutely should have been pissed.

I mean, for one, what happened to KG? He's been lighting things up and they hardly used him. And, again, they didn't use Roman who is definitely better than MVS.

Well the Steelers don't use that part,but Cleveland does. So don't bother replacing the area the Steelers use most.
 
I have nothing to say. This game broke me some. I usually leave the later games on after a Steeler game but yesterday I couldn't even do that. I have no Game Balls or Goats or FUs. I just can't do it man. How about a big FU to the Steelers and Brown s.images-2.jpeg

The only times the offense moved at all was in the hurry up with Aaron calling his plays

When the Tomlijized AS game plan was being executed the results were abysmal

I swear in the 4th they looked like they were playing to have the defense win it on a pick 6…they didn’t even look like they were trying. Some of the worst situational play calling I’ve witnessed.
 
I did not watch the game yesterday even though it was televised where I live. Why?

This team and organization is so predictable. The Ravens steamroll the Packers in Greenbay Saturday night and all we have to do is beat a team with three wins ((now 4) and win the division. Instead what do we do?

Underestimate the Browns and lose again!

Used to be that the Browns were the Clowns but the Stillers are now the Masters of the 3 ring circus!

The Ravens will run all over the Steelers on primetime.

At least I have Hallmark Plus to watch instead!:LOL:

I don't think they underestimated the Browns. They played scared on offense. Back to the typical conservative offense that can't move the ball.
