Bingo. The payment for 70's greatness was drafting dead last or near it for most of it. Those great players aged out. Thankfully they drafted some great players before he retired and Cowher took over and continued his work.

I'm glad a few people remember these things.

The spot they're stuck in now is just awful.

I should have enjoyed the 75 F weather. Now it's 20 F.
 
I remember a game when Ben threw to Ray Ray 8 catches for 200 yds. It was because Ray was #6 wr and wasn't being covered. Ben was throwing to the open man.
 
Can we get an FU to the Cleveland turf crew for that abomination of a playing surface? You're a professional organization and the best you can do is replace the middle third of the field?

When the NFL schedules the Raven's game as the Sunday Night Football game before the Brown's kickoff, I knew the game was fixed. Another FU to the NFL for ruining a great game in the name of the almighty dollar.
 
Not sure if this was mentioned, but it seemed Rodgers was pissed with Smith or Tomlin during the game about the play calling. And, he absolutely should have been pissed.

I mean, for one, what happened to KG? He's been lighting things up and they hardly used him. And, again, they didn't use Roman who is definitely better than MVS.

Well the Steelers don't use that part,but Cleveland does. So don't bother replacing the area the Steelers use most.

Besides their crippled middle linebacker was there. We didn't stand a chance.
