Democrat Violence Thread

It's sad that many of you have taken such a firm, decisive stand on the wrong side of history. I'm not speaking here solely of this case in Minnesota of an unhinged ICE officer filled with roid rage, taking potshots at a mother of three, but the absolute chaos and turmoil that Trump & MAGA has brought to this land, and around the globe. You don't see it, because you're up to your necks in MAGA filth, duplicity, and subterfuge. You don't sense how things have gone off the rails, and increasingly so, to the point this nation is no longer recognizable. You claim to be on the side of law and order, yet are blind to the unspeakable level of malfeasance being carried out in your name. It's shameful, and it's un-American, and it's only going to get worse, as Trump steers America over the edge. I hope there'll be a return to sanity, perhaps not anytime soon, but at some point in the future.
Approximately 160 words to say I don't like Trump, well done.

How does the shooting of Ashlee Babbit not fall under stand your ground laws?

You're diverting again. I said I support those laws. And I said both FA'd and both found out. You're the one trying to call a justifiable shooting a homicide by excusing laws you find inconvenient.

What don’t you understand about “it has nothing to do with what or how many laws were being broken”?

I'm demonstrating your never-ending, selective outrage. IF you are outraged by this shooting, you SHOULD have been outraged over Ashli's...especially given Good's shooting involved more demonstrable, identifiable, documented criminal activity.

You don't care one lick about Ashli being murdered.

You’re making up your own reality much like Trump and Noem.

No son, you're making one up. There is now enough documented video proof to justify what is real and what is not. Your position, day by day, has been turned into a joke. The reality, as shown in every video, is Good tried to hit that officer and the shooting was justified 100%.

The ICE agents life wasn’t in danger when he fired the first, second or third shot. He was clearly beside the car.

Once again, the evidence we can SEE proves this incorrect. Wait for the video I'll post in moments.

The guy who shot Ashlee Babbit had no way of knowing if she had a weapon on her or not.

WTF? You really are this retarded. So using your logic, that officer has a legal right to shoot someone because he thinks they "might" have a gun? LMAO. :ROFLMAO:  Do you really believe this nonsense when you type it?

isnt that what the video shows - that his upper body was bending towards the hood? this isnt some conspiracy theory video. its the same video you've been told to watch numerous times. let me break it down for you. crayola style.

ICE agent is standing directly in front of her vehicle as it's obscured behind the ICE SUV he exited. Videos and still photos shown on previous pages prove this fact.

Her SUV has now made contact with the ICE agent. Note that his legs are bracing/have braced for impact.

Ice agent - as YOU said - should have face planted on the hood of the vehicle. Note the position of his head beneath the tip of the arrow.

@Tim Steelersfan - does Flog pay you in Venmo or PayPal for education, because ze needs to start paying me, too.

It's always a Venmo payment, and it's always short a few dollars. Short like the bus Ze rides.

All 4 minutes of Good obstructing traffic, dancing to the honking of her own horn. And the last couple frames (slow it down) demonstrably shows the ICE officer directly in front of the vehicle.

"He's clearly to the side of the vehicle!!" //Flogtard

The one BIG mistake I see ICE made is this.
When the ICE pickup truck pulled up, it should have parked right in front of Renee Good's vehicle thereby, blocking it in from escape and holding her for arrest if that was their intent. I believe most police would have done that.

So the shooting of an innocent American mother of three has now segued into a depraved, homophobic hate fest. You can always count on MAGAs to be the absolute worst of American society. Bloodthirsty, violent, reprehensible trash. In other words, IndySteel being IndySteel. ✔️

If she were innocent, she would be alive today. If she just listened to law enforcement she would be alive.
Wish it didn't happen but she was not innocent

It really must suck going through life with no sense of humor at all. Especially on top of being a hypocritical retarded communist. I’ll take a double espresso, neat.

I'll give you this Tibs, you excel at flinging derogatory adjectives at those that you apparently strongly disagree with but offer no solutions to the problem the US faces.
Let's see if you, unlike Trog, will answer a direct question.
Does the US have a problem with illegal immigration? If you say no, then you why do you feel it's OK not to have borders or enforce immigration laws?
BTW, living in a border state I can assure you from my perspective it is in fact an issue.
If you agree that the US does have an illegal immigration issue, what is your solution?

Notice how I did this without directing anything loathsome toward you?

Zona, I support strong border security and rigorous immigration laws. I don't support the Trump administration's "radical shift” in tactics that has removed agents from their core missions and training along the Southwest border, and essentially turned them into goon squads that Trump has sent into blue States and cities to cause mayhem and chaos, with untold American citizens being caught up in the fray.

You've always been decent and straightforward in our interactions. Ever the gentleman. Appreciate you for that.

But wouldn't that ignore those that are already illegally here?
Your solution would equate to closing the corral after the horses have escaped.
Seems to me that ICE is carrying out rigorous immigration enforcement. The chaos and mayhem caused by those hindering them in performing that enforcement.
They've all been offered financial assistance to leave voluntarily with the assurance that they can return if done legally.
That's how an immigration policy should work. What we had for the last 4 years was chaotic.

My view on Trump weaponizing ICE is parallel to what I thought about DOGE early on. In both cases, illegal immigration, and wasteful federal spending, respectively, there's a real, undeniable problem that needed to be dealt with. Unfortunately, the belligerent Trump/MAGA way is using a flamethrower, not a scalpel, or even a machete, to get the job done. Consequently, the entire process spins out of control, isn't efficient, ends up in many cases making the problem worse, not better.

Same situation in dealing with illegal drugs being brought into the country. The Coast Guard has full authority to board vessels and arrest suspected criminals. That effort could have been buttressed and supported, and carried out in a systematic way. But no, in Trump's world, it's letting unhinged FoxNews host Pete Hegseth run the military, blasting boats out of the water with no evidence of crimes, no names of suspects, no nothing.

The raid in Caracas to arrest Maduro is yet another example. Same set-up.. same result. We've captured Maduro and his wife, who are sitting in a jail cell awaiting prosecution. Great. Yet the entire Maduro regime has been left intact, who are hunting down Americans in Venezuela as we speak. The raid to capture Maduro resulted in over 100 deaths on the ground, a full military strike was carried out, with no plan in place in how to proceed. When has the Executive Branch ever had war powers? Now it's talk about Trump taking their oil, running the country indefinitely, wanting to rule the entire Western Hemisphere. Greenland, Canada, Mexico are being openly threatened by this administration. This is utter insanity, all of it.

This is not America. This is not the Rule of Law. It's something dictators do. The ends do not justify the means. We can't lose our sanity, and our civility as a nation, as a government, in how we go about our business. The utter failings of the Biden presidency, the ineptitude of the Democratic Party, paved way for Trump's return to power. But as bad as Biden and the Dems may be, that's no excuse to support what is happening now, with non-stop governmental overreach, a foreign policy bordering on madness, and so on. You may see it as an overreaction, an embellishment even, but I truly see signs of a push for autocracy, full top-down control, in what Trump and MAGA are currently doing, both domestically and with foreign policy.

ICE terrorizing Americans around the country, in the off chance they can nab a few illegals, is just a paradigm of a much larger problem that is playing out with this presidency. It is undoubtedly going to get much worse, before it gets better.

What radical shift? Again, Clinton and Obama deported millions, never once made the news. This demonizing of ICE and immigration enforcement in general by the left is what’s new. You keep referring to ICE, law enforcement officers who risk their lives every day to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens, as death squads or goon squads. You are part of the problem. You are the reason people feel free to interfere with and assault them. ICE isn’t causing mayhem and chaos, people like you are. The fact that the Biden administration and sanctuary cities refused to act lawfully for years must be what is confusing you. You and other leftists seize on the one or two missteps out of hundreds of thousands and act like they are the norm. Meanwhile we are getting rid of gang members, drug dealers, human traffickers, rapists, child sex abusers, people defrauding taxpayers out of billions and you and other leftists have nothing positive to say about any of that, ever. Because Trump is president.
