The Epstein Problem

I understand perfectly. What don't you understand about the term "leak"? From the dictionary:

2. an intentional disclosure of something secret or private.
"one of the employees was responsible for the leak"

or "Former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information to a reporter."

And again, it's all unsealed now, by law. If they know there's incriminating Trump info in there, why aren't they telling anyone?
So the Biden administration had full knowledge of everything that was in the millions of files and could have, and would have, leaked details? This is just dumb. Obviously the Trump administration didn’t know or they wouldn’t have campaigned for their release before doing an about face.

There were thousands that were not sealed.
What don’t you understand about the fact that Biden could have released all the files by executive order as easily as Trump did?
You’re utterly ******* clueless. It wasn’t an executive order, retard.
As rabid as you people were in trying to be rid of Trump, you would think releasing the files would be a sure way to go about it.
What do you think was keeping them from doing so? Something to hide?
Uh, Trump is the one who told republicans that supporting the release of the files would be viewed as hostile.

No asswipe, ALL names are being redacted. ALL. VICTIMS and abusers.
Nonsense. Musk’s name wasn’t redacted in the email inquiring about the next wild party.

I provided you the Google search of why the victims are naming names, address that.

Only the people I hate are in the Epstein files.

Tibs,

My participation here has waned. The reason being that politics of this world are a garbage dump. Trump is arrogant and petty, but does some pretty impressive things. The dem leadership is over reactive and mis-focused, and not trustworthy. (There are more offenses on both sides, but I want to be brief here).

So, the question is "Can this all be discussed rationally?"

In a rational world, we could all agree that Trump needs to grow up and not be a middle school puke on social media, or in interviews.

In a rational world we.can agree that there is a lot of theft of public money, inconsistent application of justice and reporting, that swift justice for leadership crimes and wrongs must be dealt with harshly, that protection of the citizenry is a huge priority, that going into debt to leverage votes or kickbacks, or . . . . Is needing punishment, and this list goes on.

The sad part is that this rational world does not exist on this side of the grave. So, we are left with petty, ego driven, partial truths and suspicions, driven by loyalty to a political party, at the cost of reason, conversation, respect, integrity, etc.

So, there you have it. We can all continue down this road, or put on the brakes, and call others to rational conversation. You choose. I have chosen.

I'm glad you're still showing up here. Perhaps we can have more civil conversation again.

No.

I mean... I guess not? 🤷‍♂️

Nonsense.

Truth. I provided you what was written as an obligation. I know you're a Liberal and you twist facts to fit your own reality - men can get pregnant, menstruate, etc.

I provided you the Google search of why the victims are naming names, address that.

Are naming names or are not? Are you a day drinker?

Floggy weeps. Now what will he ***** about, since his widdle mind is all made up?

Justice Department will allow lawmakers to see unredacted versions of released Epstein files

The Department of Justice will allow members of Congress to review unredacted files on the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein starting on Monday, according to a letter that was sent to lawmakers.

The letter obtained by The Associated Press says that lawmakers will be able to review unredacted versions of the more than 3 million files that the Justice Department has released to comply with a law passed by Congress last year.

To access the files, lawmakers will need to give the Justice Department 24 hours’ notice.

Here’s the REAL reason Bill and Hillary changed their minds about Epstein testimony

Just a few weeks ago, Bill and Hillary Clinton were digging in their little heels and refusing to testify about their close ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The message from Team Clinton was clear: they weren’t interested in cooperating, and they were prepared to fight any effort to drag them into sworn testimony

Then, almost overnight, everything changed.

Suddenly, the same power couple that had brushed off congressional demands reversed course and agreed to sit for filmed, transcribed depositions. So, what happened? Well, officially, their change of heart came after the threat of contempt of Congress charges. But that explanation doesn’t quite hold all the water. There’s more to it. After all, the Clintons knew contempt was always on the table when they skipped their original testimony date. That risk wasn’t new.

So what really happened?

According to House Oversight Chairman James Comer, the Clintons weren’t rattled by Republican pressure. Why would they be? Republicans are a joke, and the Clintons know it.

But they were scared…

They were rattled by something far more dangerous to their brand and political survival: Democrats.

The left was preparing to join Republicans and throw Bill and Hill under the bus.

And that was a political nightmare the Clintons couldn’t afford to dabble in.

Comer says the turning point came when bipartisan momentum began building behind contempt proceedings, catching the Clintons completely off guard and forcing a rapid strategic retreat.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) said Tuesday that Bill and Hillary Clinton only agreed to sit for transcribed, filmed depositions in the committee’s Jeffrey Epstein investigation after facing the real prospect of bipartisan contempt votes.

According to Comer, the outcome caught the Clintons off guard.

“We had a markup for contempt when they missed the [original] date that they were supposed to testify,” Comer said during an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle.”

“And to their surprise, a majority of Democrats on the Oversight Committee voted with all the Republicans.”

Comer said Democrat lawmakers had met with victims of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, many of whom wanted anyone known to have spent time with Epstein to be questioned under oath.

He noted that neither Clinton had ever previously been interviewed about their connections to Epstein.

However, Bill Clinton appears in photographs with Epstein and has repeatedly been accused of having a relationship with the pedophile.

The 42nd president and the former first lady were facing House votes this week to hold them in contempt of Congress if they continued refusing to appear before the committee.

If Comer’s right, the Clintons didn’t suddenly decide transparency was the right thing to do. They recognized they were about to lose the only protection that has historically shielded them from serious political damage: party loyalty.

Burgundy dons tinfoil hat.

Thing is, the very very rich live lives vastly different from us plebes. I'm talking like Trump, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, the Soros family, British royals, NFL owners, powerful politicians and world leaders, movie stars, etc. Remember two of the three times Trump was elected President he had to move to a smaller house.

I mean, like you're at a party at an embassy and somebody says, "Hey Jeff, I just took delivery of my new jet. Wanna fly to Curacao for dinner?"
"Sure, I'll have my plane fly there and pick me up tomorrow. Do they have gluten-free? And Bill will need some antibiotics after that last party."
I gotta think Epstein got off light (at first) because different governments were paying him to blackmail people or keep things quiet.

Heidi Fleiss, Epstein, and P. Diddy might be gone but I'm sure someone has stepped in to replace them to provide people who can afford anything they want with anything they want.
