I love him when he shoots out forward. Problem is, when you watch the NFL these days, offensive linemen "fire out" only about 20% of all plays. As an old school fart from the 1970's, I hate it to watch big uglies always move backwards on the snap, but that's just the stupid modern game now.
He's definitely moving inside and it will all be about how good he is on moving backwards, sideways and how he hands off players/works with the guys around him.
I certainly like the pick. Even after the OT in round 1, I wanted a guard in round 3.
