Nope. The only thing youā€™ve covered is that pool liners are many times thicker and stronger than trash bags. Google ā€œWhat can damage a pool linerā€ and get back to me.

I donā€™t know about that. Seems when Trump was being indicted for everything under the sun I heard a lot of ā€œYou can indict a ham sandwich.ā€

I also remember reading here that indictments mean little when it comes to strength of evidence. The prosecution presents its case completely unchallenged by the defense, that itā€™s all one sided.

Not saying itā€™s right or wrong, just that those very things were posted here.

Indeed those things were posted here. We know the witch hunts that occurred under Biden. We will see if this is one also. For now, evidence was presented and a Grand Jury decided to indict based on evidence.

Time will tell.

Regardless, we now live in a world where the Left defends algae and hopes for the ruin of any project led by the President, including (laughingly) the failure of National Monument restoration.

This dude is almost 70yrs old. He may be in good shape for that age, but he is not a spring chicken. The pool is 18" deep and he supposedly ripped a piece off the bottom from the edge. He would have to have been basically laying down just to reach the bottom. There is also no way he could have grabbed it if was not already pulling up. Which means that section was already ruined. The videos also showed no evidence of this. Witnesses can say anything but people need to use common sense. I'm sure the guy acted like an entitled douce, but that doesn't equate to vandalism. Unless there is some other kind of real evidence out there then this is a ridiculous charge. He may get convicted if they fight the proper trump slurping judge but that still doesn't make it right
