Like playing with seashells on the beach good? Can you seriously not see how bat **** ******* crazy you are?I don't know yet. Nor do I care. If evidence was presented to a Grand Jury and they decided to pursue charges, the evidence must be good.
Nope. The only thing youâve covered is that pool liners are many times thicker and stronger than trash bags. Google âWhat can damage a pool linerâ and get back to me.This has been covered. Try using that skill you have (we think) and read.
Itâs going to need to be removed. He wasnât hurting a damned thing.Yes, and it was likely not installed properly. I donât doubt it was rushed, or that the parameters you described contributed. Iâd also look at the peroxide poured in to treat the algae and how that may have also impacted it.
Regardless, it doesnât excuse anyone - political affiliation aside - from pulling any pieces out of the reflecting pool. But, common sense ainât so common anymore and itâs been deemed raysiss.
That says itâs much thicker and tougher than a trash bag and your take is âit can quickly and easily be vandalized using bare hands.
Dear leader described the liner as indestructible.
Dear leader said someone cut a 250 foot slit in it.
Dear leader said a former Olympian randomly decided to vandalize it with his bare hands while on a bike ride.
You believe all of it, question none of it. Youâre in a cult.
I donât know about that. Seems when Trump was being indicted for everything under the sun I heard a lot of âYou can indict a ham sandwich.âI don't know yet. Nor do I care. If evidence was presented to a Grand Jury and they decided to pursue charges, the evidence must be good.
Calm down.
So you must believe that Trump pulled these allegations out of thin air.
No he actually didnât, it was what he was told.
So its not a matter of being in a cult, itâs a matter of your affliction with TDS.
Trump didnât arrest the bicyclist, the police did.
Trump didnât indict the bicyclist, a grand jury did.
Yes, the National Park Service (NPS) confirmed that a liner along the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was cut with a sharp knife or razor. This damage affected the foam sealant that had been installed as part of a $16 million rehabilitation project. [1]
The NPS stated the following key details about the incident:
U.S. Park Police reports and National Park Service officials, including Deputy Director for Operations Frank Lan, claimed that vandals used a sharp knife or razor to damage the newly renovated liner of the Reflecting Pool. These reports formed the basis of the Trump administration's allegations. [1, 2, 3]
- Date Reported: The incident was reported to the U.S. Park Police on June 9, 2026, after a section of the liner and caulk was sliced. [1]
- Extent of Damage: Deputy Director for Operations Frank Lands noted in a court filing that the damage involved cuts to the caulk over the foam sealant and the destruction of delaminating surface material. Additionally, about 70 fence post tops were thrown into the water. [1, 2]
- Investigation: The NPS delayed publicizing the incident at the time, stating they hoped it was an isolated incident and wanted to prevent copycat acts. The vandalism has prompted scrutiny and calls for congressional investigations into the pool's renovation contracts. [1]

I also remember reading here that indictments mean little when it comes to strength of evidence. The prosecution presents its case completely unchallenged by the defense, that itâs all one sided.
Not saying itâs right or wrong, just that those very things were posted here.
