The only evidence we have is of 100,000 pounds of a motorcade driving over the concrete / liner before the liner was fully cured. If they had videos of vandals in the water, trump would have plastered them everywhere. You honestly think its more likely people waded into a pool with cameras all around and sliced a supposedly indestructible liner with a super duper box cutter OR that a 100,000 pound motorcade and highly corrosive chemicals caused the damage. I think if Trump said aliens did it some of you would believe it

As far as i know 4 people have charges. 3 people have been charged with only misdemeanors and accused of <$1000 damage each. The other one is of course the Olympian. If they are charging Hearn with a felony for touching stuff then they must have had very little on these other people to only warrant a misdemeanor. You failed to answer the question about the most logical reason for the damage.
