This isn’t a statistic to him. It’s his daughter. It’s her life. And his anger is impossible to miss.
Well, a Constitutional amendment cannot be achieved by a simple majority vote, requiring a 2/3 agreement by literally everyone, if asked if SCOUS should be increased to 13 or 113, the vote would be just the opposite, and the results the same.

How did Biden not know he had Prostate Cancer? Is a yearly PSA blood test not enough ?
I saw that coming a mile away. They already pulled that **** in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Biden didn't know what flavor of ice cream he ate a half hour ago.
You can think of the PSA as a red flag. When mine hit 11 my physician came to me at work and pulled me aside to tell me. His response was that I shouldn't be too concerned and that the biopsies were unpleasant to have done. Well, unpleasant as it was, 12 out of 15 came back positive, and 10 years later I'm still here. Biden had to know, why he ignored it is anyone's guess, but obviously a bad decision by whoever was making decisions for him.
Must keep Bad Orange Man out of White House.
