Definitely have a lot to work on. Hopefully it's just a bit of rust or something.
But will take the win
 
Its a huge gamble not playing guys in pre season and then expecting them to hit on all cylinders when the lights come on. but a gamble worth taking IMO

I'd rather win ugly than lose pretty that's for damn sure. And it was ugly a lot of the time. How about that 1st Round pick though huh?
 
Well, the Browns played much better than I thought, but Pitt did just enough. It's a road win against a division opponent, and they won. I spent most of the game being pretty pissed, so I should calm down and be pleased they are 1-0. Moving on......

That's Butler's schemes weakness. Give up short yards and prevent the big play. However, if you give up 4 a play it backfires like ****.

My biggest takeaway is that nobody gives Rosie Nix enough credit. If he was leading the way during the Bus years, Bettis would have had a 2k yard season somewhere in the mix.

If ownership stays out of Hue Jackson's way, this Browns team can be a force within the next year or two.
 
gregg Williams is a good def. coordinator. I think they are better than expected this year
 
Guys, the Browns have a legit defense. They are young and fast. Where they get exposed is spreading them out. It should have been done all game. When it was done at the end of the first half, we had our best drive of the game. We never went back to it. Bad coaching to not recognize this.
