Many former and current diplomats, members of the armed forces, State department employees, corporate heads, actors, actresses & directors but mostly a lot of so-called 'average,' run of the mill, middle class Americans.

These folks are from all over the States, big cities, west coast, east coast and yes, middle America. Small towns even. And it seems one thing bonds them all. With a few exceptions they all think Trump is destroying the fundamental fabric of America. They are embarrased, even ashamed of Trump. I always tell them about this board, the posters who love Trump so much they will go through a wall defending him. Those who believe he represents fly-over country, the little man. An outsider taking on the swamp in DC. Hearing this, they scoff and say nobody who loves America is proud of what Trump is doing.

I'm sure they are all wrong and you guys are right. I'm sure it's just the fake news media that puts these evil thoughts into my head, and Trump is truly a hero and a saviour. Maybe one of these days I'll wake up and realize this has been a terrible nightmare. I got Trump wrong from the beginning. Everything I read, hear and see is simply a mirage. I'll finally see him as the knight in shining armour you all seem to think he is. One of these days....

raise your hand if you have the kind of scratch lying around to book a flight to Hungary for even weekend stay, let alone to go hob knobbing with the people there and eat at the local restaurants/cafes.

I can't afford to go hob knobbing in the next town.

That said, if I could afford to go hob knobbing, it wouldn't be to Hungary.

Went to Budapest in the early 90's(I think 1992), when I was stationed in Germany. Place is wild. A nightlife I have never experienced anywhere else. Oh to be 21 again.

So Much Winning: Before his election victory, POTUS Donald Trump was mocked by many on the Left and Right for claiming that he could turn the U.S. economy around and bring back jobs that his predecessor, Barack Obama, said were never coming back.

During a town hall forum in Indianapolis, Obama made that pronouncement, essentially telling an American concerned about the future of employment in his city that some jobs just aren’t coming back.

The fact is, thanks to POTUS Trump and the GOP congressional majority, the U.S. economy is now roaring — so much so that even the hostile, normally bitter Left-wing media can’t ignore it anymore.

Driven by pro-growth policies coming out of the administration and GOP-approved tax cuts, the president and some others now believe the U.S. economy can actually hit 5 percent growth.

Sorry, but I just don't buy this. Beside diplomats & the armed forces (and maybe some who are there tracing their ancestry), what middle-class Americans are honestly going to take a trip to Hungary?

From what I understand, it isn't over. Still about 8500 absentee ballots to count. And that margin is razor thin. Shouldn't have been that close.
 
Besides, this one doesn't really matter. Those two will run against each other again in November. Kinda dumb to have a special election for three months.

You know, it's funny. I travel a lot in my line of work, mostly to big northeast cities, and everyone I run into - from kids in the ghettos to newspaper editors to entertainers to captains of industry - all are ashamed about how President Trump is treated in this country. It's the one thing that binds everyone in these big cities - a pride in the President and this great country, and a disgust of the haters.

The blinding hatred that the left has for Trump definitely creates a quiet blowback. The endless, poisonous attacks reverberate with the left ... and much more quietly, with the center and right but with the opposite effect. I am interested to see how this plays out in November.

Oh, and if I have to see Jim Acosta again sobbing about how mean Trump is, I may need a new television.

When I decided to go to Ohio for Troy Balderson, he was down in early voting 64 to 36. That was not good. After my speech on Saturday night, there was a big turn for the better. Now Troy wins a great victory during a very tough time of the year for voting. He will win BIG in Nov.

I mean any of the political forums have been off the wall hilarious... i mean its a damn shame about the impending civil war and all... but these meltdowns are totally worth the chaos and destruction.... for the most part I just like to see the spoiled brats of the world get told no and watch them kick and scream.... and that starts with the baby boomer generation and gets worse as it goes down... plenty of entitled cluelessness to go around...
