Yeah we need to say away from "blackie" comments.

Tomlin needs to go but it isn't because of his skin color.

I think some posters think the Rooney Rule is why he is still here.

I think that is ok for them to think that, but stay away from derogatory skin comments. Not a good look.

I wouldn’t care if the next HC is black or Asian or whatever.. if he knows his **** and checks the boxes of being a good HC then I’m all for it. Tomlin does not check those boxes, he never did.

Steelers organization has become very mediocre. A winning record is good enough now. Not even making playoffs, just having a winning record. Besides, when did just making the playoffs become good enough. Seasons like this one have slowly become the standard and the norm. It’s pathetic IMO.

What's really frustrating is, that in such an important game, the Steelers came out flat as a pancake...again.

How did the other heavy favorites with playoff position on the line do today, you ask?

Patriots crush the Jets.
Chiefs destroy the Raiders (yes, those same Raiders).
Rams beat the 49ers with ease.

Pittsburgh was a two-touchdown favorite at home, and never even had a lead until midway through the fourth quarter, and needed a last-minute field goal by a guy they just signed two days ago to squeak out a win against the Bengals (who were playing with nearly half of their second-string).

Just sad.

Shove your political **** up your ***. I am as liberal as their is in this country and if I could fire Tomlin and his entire staff minus Munchak tonight it would be done. This isn't about political bullshit, it's about Steeler football and the shape this dumbass coach has put us in. We were relying on the ******* Cleveland Browns to get us into the playoffs. Meanwhile, we were barely able to beat a Bungle team with 18 dudes on injured reserve. So, if you want political garbage maybe Trump could build his stupid wall around Tomlin's house so he can't get to facilities.

Became the norm about 10 years ago! A few years after Dumlin got here!! If even make the playoffs, got our ***** handed to us first round!! Time for a CHANGE!!!!

2011 lost in the wild card to the Broncos.
2012 Missed the playoffs
2013 Missed the playoffs
2014 Lost in the wild card to the Ravens.
2015 Lost in the divisional round to the Broncos.
2016 lost the AFC Championship to the Patriots.
2017 lost the divisional round to the Jagoffs.
2018 missed the playoffs.
Please male sure the Steelers front office posts this on thier Refrigerator door so everyday till camp rolls around they know what their head coach has brought them. Failure eight consecutive years!

The AFC is completely wide open this year and the Steelers don't even get in the tournament despite being 7-2-1. Simply awful.
