Also to get top price all you need is two teams really wanting him. I’m sure multiple teams would be interested even with all the baggage.

Not when pretty much every GM knows the Steelers NEED to get Brown out of the locker room.

Not necessarily. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t bring him back and not trade him. A lot can happen between now and March.

He is 30 years old, a proven locker room cancer, that walked out on his team. His value is not going to be nearly as high as you think it is.

The Bears gave up first-round picks in 2019 and 2020, a third-round pick in 2020 and a sixth-round pick in 2019 to acquire Mack . In return, the Bears also received a second-round pick in 2020 and a conditional fifth-round pick in 2020

I don't think Brown is worth this much, but I do think he's worth more than a 1st round pick. The Raiders have no one at receiver and three first round picks. They also need a receiver badly and a star name which is why I listed them as a potential trade partner. Besides Brown is very much a Raider isn't he?

You are NOT getting the 4th and 25th from Oakland. You MIGHT be able to get their 25th and 27th however. The Raiders have to evaluate if Las Vegas is a good fit for someone like AB or is it only going to feed his ego and make more issues in the long run.

Plus we ****** them on the Bryant trade. If only Al Davis was alive, we might be able to get ALL of their picks.

I would ask for a 1st and settle for the best offer because he is done here.

I dont give a **** what font you type it in repeatedly, Brown's baggage, proven and known to even the casual fan, will prevent teams from just throwing draft picks at us.
head case? yes
diva? yes
selfish? yes
one of the best WRs in the game? yes

yes, I'd trade him to the Panthers. He can deal with a ****** throwing QB in Cam, in a run-oriented offense and have his talents go to waste. No ******* way in hell do I trade him to the team he wants to be traded to. No ******* way. He wants traded to San Francisco? Congrats, 49ers, you're one of the last teams I'd trade him to.

Teams I'd not trade him to:
1. ***s
2. Rats
3. Bungles
4. Browns
5. 49ers

Although, to be fair, I'd strongly consider AB for AJ Green (as long as AJ Green was healthy)

I will say it again remember everything we could get for leveon the best running back in the game

I wonder if we could trade him for Lev Bell and one of the raiders first rounders?

Heres how it would work, get Bell to sign transition tag than trade him to the Raiders for a first; then trade AB to the Raiders for Bell and another first. I really think the Raiders would go for it. lol

Brown is a premium player so I would demand a premium return if it came down to. I voted for any of the first three options.

Don't underestimate a team feeling like they need a superstar to help them get over the top and giving up the farm to get them. ABs locker room behavior has been child's play compared to T.O. and look at how many teams gambled on him (and at that age).

Exactly! There’s plenty of owners willing to
give more than just one first round pick for a generational talent like AB.

What would I demand in a trade??!

ARII has to take control on this situation and team again. Trade him, suspend him, whatever they feel is necessary, but the iron fist has to come down. AB is an employee. A talented employee, but should be under the same rules as player #53 to your best player. The inmates cannot run the asylum.

If the inmates run the asylum, fire the Warden

Do the Steelers have to go 6-10 for Rooney to act?

Brown is 31 but he is a young 31, meaning he has never had a major injury, and he is still playing at his top level. There's no indication he has lost a step yet. He is a top outside WR and if he does lose a step 2 years from now, he can easily transition to slot and still be a huge playmaker.

That is why i do believe the Steelers would get a 1st rounder easily and maybe more. The Raiders got a 1st rounder for Amari Cooper and he has mostly been a disappointment in his career.

There are a bunch of young QBs now and they all need weapons.

I don't think AB is beyond saving. By his own admission, Tomlin has allowed him to get away with stuff. AB probably feels like he's being made a scapegoat and he kind of is to a degree. I think if Tomlin and Rooney have an honest discussion with AB and let him know that he is not being singled out, that they are starting new with all players and all will be treated the same, I think AB would be Ok with that.

I'm in the camp that if you trade AB, you better get something big.

I think that can get something big. This is not a great WR draft. I see lots of projects. AB is a difference maker from day 1.

Just look at the difference Cooper made to Dak and the Dallas pass game and Cooper is still just a mediocre WR

Potential Trades

Raiders have 3 1st round picks and #4, #24, and #28 - I can easily see them give up 24 and 28 for AB. They would still get an impact player at #4, Maybe they sign Bell as a free agent. Could be the next Bears

Buffalo - #9 overall - Josh Allen showed some flashes of potential with nobody throw to. Rookie Robert Foster emerged late as a decent player. AB would immediately lift that offense

Arizona - Patrick Peterson - they need a weapon for Josh Rosen who did not look good as a rookie. Fitzgerald still has some in the tank but is no longer a #1. Pair him with AB and David Johnson at RB and you have the makings of a really good offense if Rosen is the real deal

Packers - Pick 12 and Pick 32. They may be willing to part with pick 12 if they do not have a top edge rusher available at that pick. Devante Adams has good stats but that's because Rodgers forces the ball to him. Adams is a possession guy who struggles to get open at times. That offense would explode with AB.

Redskins - pick 15 - They have a bunch of #2 WRs but not a playmaker. They need a QB but at pick 15 they may miss out on the top prospects. If there's no QB available then maybe the have interest in AB. Jay Gruden will be on the hotseat and it's the type of move hotseat coaches make. The skins also had some attendance issues and AB could solve that issue too.

Titans - pick 19 - They have a solid defense. They drafted WR Corey Davis very high and so far he has only been OK, but when Delanie Walker was injured, Davis became the main target and he wasn't ready. Pair him with AB and he could explode. Titans also need to find out about Mariota. Is he their franchise QB? So far the answer is maybe. If he can't put up numbers with AB, then you have your answer and can move on.

Mystery team in a multiple trade. Let's say you are a team with a top 10 pick with a particular need. You missed out so you trade back to the middle of the round. Maybe now a mid round pick for AB is sounding real good. I could see Detroit in that situation.

If you can get a 1 for Cooper you damn sure better be able to get more for the best WR in the game.

With a ****** attitude that quit on his team with a huge cap hit and on the wrong side of 30. You will be lucky to get a 1.

The Mystery team could be the Jets. They have the 3rd pick overall. Brown loves the limelight and there is no bigger stage than New York. The Jets very weak at receiver. With the 3rd overall pick the Steelers could draft OLB Josh Allen, who looks like a real force, or ILB Devin White.

Either player would transform the defense.

The Jets would be interesting. Imagine if they went all in with Brown and Bell..

Cowher would come back to coaching for that! Lol

The Jets actually have some good WRs. Robbie Anderson and Quincy Enunwa are solid. They just gave Enunwa a big contract. Both have had a few injuries but if they are healthy, they should be good with Darnold next year.

Jets also may have a good young TE in Chris Herndon. He came on in the second half of the year end ended with 500 yds and 4 TDs which is really good for a rookie TE.

They could use a real #1 playmaker to bring the offense to the next level but I don't think they'd break the bank for it.

Also, i'm not trading AB to the Jets because if Darnold is the real deal then that could make the Jets too tough to beat in the AFC.
